I think regardless,when going into a court,go as a man in his honor making a claim not a complaint,present your evidence to the clerk,demand a court date and a magistrate to make a order for compensation,this you must do and not be swayed by any of their protocol,use your own paperwork,explain to the clerk that you do not know what the 4 corner boxes on their paperwork mean,Look i’m not speaking from experience,just from what i learned,so easier said than done,From what i’ve seen of him on Maria Zeee,he is well spoken and versed ,i think he’s capable of expressing HIS LAW.

That is why they are maligning “Sovereigns” by calling them sovereign citizens an obvious oxymoron. Can’t be a sovereign and a citizen it is a nonsense… And then there is the burning question, a citizen of what country if you are profiled as a sovereign citizen? A citizen is an alien granted nationality on conditions.
Tony is right there is no remedy in their admiralty rourts. She can make that claim but who is going to prosecute her. Not the Public Prosecutor as that Office has been captured or they would all be going for a holiday. Just sayin, got slightly of the rails there.

Under this impending UNDRIP Treaty, someone can identify as an Aboriginal and get a slice of the rent monies from Whitey. The Box Tickers in the Aboriginal Industry are doing this now, keeping the money for themselves – and how is that working?
The Inclusivity Gig is very much a matter of ‘one group advancing at the expense of another’. In the Marxist Culture Wars, the whole ‘trans-phobic’ assault is positioned against the genetic female sexuality and identity and how this is worked out in the social sphere. This is about a group of males who are advancing at the expense of the female, of women and our space, privacy and modesty. Our free right of association with other women is at issue here. And the Trans have the power of the Communist state to back them in this advance. This is about your daughter or grand daughter and her right to change in the girls locker room at school without males present, especially adult males ‘identifying’ as teen age girls. This is about your daughter or grand daughter’s right to go to a girls’ school and be educated without the distraction of males / competition with males AND VICE VERSA. This is about the right of women to form groups around our female identity and its many expressions across a range of social, cultural and spiritual associations.

What we need is the REMOVAL of this entire CORPORATE structure of FAKE GOVERNANCE from our country, and restoration of our ORIGINAL basis for sovereignty.
I’d personally prefer to see that REMOVAL expressed by dragging about 100,000 genocidal psychopaths out into the streets and stringing the bastards up to lamp posts – or stick their heads on pikes, if that turns out to be a more popular approach to the matter.

This magistrate has formally declared herself to own this man, which makes her a slave owner. What seems evident is that she is a WEFer and has kinda jumped the gun in officially assuming ownership.
This reminds me of the Queensland magistrate who declared she is immune to the Law.

A fine can only be lawfully issued by a Magistrate or Judge in a court of competent jurisdiction.
The fine is levied as compensation for injury to person or property, only.
In most cases that a fine is levied there is no injured party.
In this guy’s case he has identified as an Australian CITIZEN, that citizenship being for the corporate Australia, which might give the magistrate a case.
Maria Zeee should know a bit more about this than she does, as she has been in business for quite a while now.
Leyshon should have identified as the living man, should have looked at the court documents, because he was probably on the documents as the upper case PERSON.
