You know how the PM keeps saying the Voice is a “modest change” to the Constitution?
Well, the real agenda behind his Voice referendum has finally been revealed.
Secret government documents the National Indigenous Australians Agency was forced to release under freedom of information laws say that “any Voice to Parliament should be designed so that it could support and promote a treaty-making process”1.
And what’s in the treaty?
According to these secret documents, it must include a “fixed percentage of Gross National Product. Rates/land tax/royalties”.
The documents explain:
…a Treaty could include a proper say in decision-making, the establishment of a truth commission, reparations, a financial settlement (such as seeking a percentage of GDP), the resolution of land, water and resources issues, recognition of authority and customary law…
This a direct quote from the secret Voice documents:
“Australia got a whole country for nothing, they haven’t even begun to pay for it.”
Doesn’t that just tell you everything you need to know?
But it gets worse.
According to these documents, they want to abolish the Australian flag, because “the Australian flag symbolised the injustices of colonisation”.
This is why I get so angry when Albo says this is a modest proposal.
What’s modest about forcing you to change your flag or pay a percentage of the entire economy as reparations?
Sounds like a bloody BIG change to me!
Just to be super clear, this is how their plan works:
❌They enshrine the divisive Voice in the Constitution and it’s there forever.
❌The Voice forces Australians into a “treaty”.
❌The treaty means Australians pay a percentage of the GDP – that is, a percentage of the entire nation’s economy – to the Voice … every year.
❌On top of that, Australians are forced to pay “rates/land tax/royalties” to the Voice.
This is why Albo wants you to think you’re voting on a “modest” change.”
Because when Australians find out the truth, there’s no way they’d support it, let alone enshrine it in their Constitution forever.

A day can be very long in politics. Much can eventuate between now and the proposed referendum. No use to throw our hands up in the air and capitulate, we need to inform ourselves more and more and then use our knowledge to defeat the traitors/terrorist/evil doers and their collaborators. When I in 2001 decided to take a stand that “compulsory” part of voting was unconstitutional ample of lawyers made clear I would have no hope in the world to defeat the AEC and all Attorney-General on this. Well on 19 July 2006 I did (representing myself) in AEC v Schorel-Hlavka in both cases because I so to say did my homework. Anyone who has learned about voting should know that even if no one votes for a particular candidate then this candidate nevertheless can be declared to be the successful candidate because it is not who vote for a candidate but who counts the vote. The 2020 USA Presidential is a clear example. Therefore, the best is to seek to abort the proposed referendum altogether to proceed but obviously to do so in a legal manner.

I do nor agree with the “First Nation” words being used. Those words used in the Voice referendum, or if applied after a (possible) majority yes vote, will likely immediately divide millions of Australians into the First Nation and the Second Nation camps. That result will not be very nice for either “side”.
Whether or not we like the words First Nation, they are are being used, and their meaning and where those words came from needs to be a matter of concern.
If the referendum does result in a yes vote and is applied to / put into the the constitution, would that mean the Aboriginal tribes would be contracting with the corporate Australian government, whether that be lawful or not?
Would the contract be a way /means for the federal and state governments to eventually take control of all land in Australia? That is, scam the aboriginal tribes and the rest of we the people, out of all land. Who would own all of the scammed land, ask the UN, ask the elites?
If the aboriginal tribes indicated to the corporate governments that they will take no part in the referendum, would that nullify a yes vote, or the purpose of the referendum.
Taking into consideration that legislation is already in place for the states to take our property / land – there are many hidden items of interest about the referendum.

Once upon a time I used the term ‘First Nations’ as a term of respect for Aboriginal people, thinking that because they preceded the European people on this continent it was a good and respectful term to use. Then their Industry of Box Tickers and their sovereignty activists started insisting on being called ‘original’ and sovereign original people etc. I began to see that the term First Nations is a term that refers to an interpretation of property law (Chancery Law) in Westminster jurisprudence: ‘first in time, first in right’. They have appropriated this principle from a Western jurisprudence (us) and are attempting to apply our principle of property rights to themselves in terms of sovereignty.
This is a deformation of England’s Westminster jurisprudence. And now it has been taken up by Pretender governments which are making laws outside of our Constitutional foundation. They are making what is essentially de facto legislation and giving it ‘colour of law’ with a jurisprudential principle pried out of original meaning and context. And they are attempting to configure it with other schemes like UN policies, declarations, resolutions etc.
I got onto this when I discovered that the Han Chinese CCP ideologues have also appropriated this Westminster principle of property and applied it to themselves as First Nation in relation to other ethnicities which inhabit their land mass
This is what all the genocidal policies against the Uyghurs are about over there. The Uyghurs are descendants of the Caucasian people of the Tarim Basin of Western China. Their white pyramids, mummies and grave goods are the oldest human artifacts in that part of the world.

News, they could put the words “First Nation ” into the constitution and put the meaning of the words in the relevant part of the Constitution (same as is done for acts, regulations, etc, Then the words would be (as mentioned above) a constitutional term.
Looking at what the corporate federal, state and local governments have done with the constitution, acts, regulations and the like, over the last 50 years, makes statements such as “could not permit” sound like someone is still stuck in the prior to corporate governments era.
Some of us have spent decades researching such matters, most of us are not self made experts, we have knowledge, end of story.
Much of the new information being given by commentators has been known about for decades, I am not easily conned by some of the self made experts, but am ashamed because I said “First Nation.”
I hope that you can see that your attempt to shame me is being added to my knowledge about self made experts.
Trying to shame others will in no way assist with getting us out of the mess we are in, it will just get people off-side and have them realize that we are not coming together for a common cause. They will leave Cairns News or fade away for a while, and hope that the present narrative changes for the better, that is, work as a community toward a common cause. Those who actually check out my Scribd blog “inspectorrikati” will be well aware that not even Voice (if were to be included in the constitution) could not permit an alleged “Treaty”. Neither is “First Nation” any constitutional term. All we have is all kind of crazy terms shoved down our throat and politicians will use this not only to try to expand their power base but also they often have investment in so called Aboriginal companies, so as to enrich themselves. When a person like Eric Abetz after retiring having been 28 years in parliament shows not to even know what the constitution stands for despite his involvement in Aboriginal Affairs then do not have any expectation others in the parliament will be any better. As a constitutionalist I have for decades exposed the wrong doings but politicians don’t care and generally judges are more concerned about government appointments once the retire and so willing to abuse and misuse their judicial positions. As I am and never was for sale I can stick to what I stated and proved on 19 July 2006 to defeat all Attorney-Generals on constitutional issues, including the “compulsory” part of voting is unconstitutional. And this is what needs to be done. Not just complain but also research the subject you wrote about and expose wrongdoings. Once more persons are doing this than this might perhaps get us somewhere.

Very few people really understand/comprehend what the constitution actually stands for. Just read: This request is not needed for FOI Act as it is supposing already public. However, I outline what real amendments ought to be made by a referendum! And obviously more to come to be attended to so “race” issues never again will be part of the constitution!

It exposes that even a former Member of parliament after about 28 years never got it! This is what should be educated to all Australians so that they can make an “informed” decision when voting about Voice. Mind you a lot more I exposed in other documents at my Scribd blog. LGBTQ is also in common use, whether we agree with it or not.
Woke, is now in common use, whether we agree with it or not.
Most of us have made comments using such words, whether we believe
in the words or not.
Just because we use common words, does not always mean that we agree or disagree with the meaning(s) or beliefs associated with the word(s).
I do know that First Nation was a title given to the many tribes of the aboriginal people, by those who have manipulated history and narratives to suit their (mainly) political and control purposes.

If the First Nation tribes advised the corporate federal, state and territory governments that they will not take any part in the Voice referendum, would that defeat the real purpose of the referendum – contract with the First Nation?
I know a big problem with the idea would be those well rewarded land council types and other aboriginal industry abusers of the systems. Also that most First Nation people likely do not know the real reason for the referendum.
I am not all that smart – just asking.

When I include what Grandmother Malura said and a number of years of my research; the Voice comes down to the WEF types getting a contract with the First Nation. When there is a contract the Wefers can swindle the First Nation tribes and then are able to swindle us out of our property such as farms, homes, etc.
The UN/WEF are not able to take us for a ride until the First Nation tribes have relinquished their ownership / sovereignty, even though the First Nation say they are not owners, they are custodians of the land – there is a big difference.
Vote yes and the First Nation tribes loose and we loose. Most First Nation people are not aware of what is really planned for their non -existence, most other Australians have already been lied to but are still asleep – sheeple.
Forget who was here first, forget the divide and conquer. Figure out how to stop the elites from rigging the referendum.

Arguably it’s not enough to seek to “turn around” the corrupt Khazarian Mafia (KM) socio-political, religious and economic SYSTEMS that have resulted in the dead end dystopian world we live in. The High Court of Australia decided in MABO that Australia was not a TERRA NULLIUS when the British (Captain Cooke) declared New Holland for the UK. Now get this, New Holland was because the Dutch had already declared it for the Dutch way back in 1656!. Meaning that any “native tile” that allegedly existed must have been legally accepted by the Dutch Government before the UK claimed New Holland for itself and later changed the name to Australia. If the Dutch Government did not accept any “native title” claim, perhaps none was made at the time, then that simply means no “native title” remained.

Jacinta is over the target and one of the few politicians worth listening to. I don’t mind the idea of a Treaty but it should have nothing to do with changing the Constitution. Have a referenda on Treaty separately.
