Qld Labor Party will not force MP’s to get jab but enforces it for most public servants

MP Robbie Katter hits out at Premier’s hypocrisy – is she afraid of another jab?

Queensland Labor Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk won’t force the state’s politicians to get the jab but on the other hand is forcing 115,000 public servants to run the dangerous spike protein gauntlet which, according the the world’s leading epidemiologists has been designed to eventually kill.

The Queensland Labor Government has denied the Queensland Parliament an opportunity to debate the double standards it is presiding over which give MPs freedom of choice around COVID-19 vaccines while allowing jab mandates to be enforced in other workplaces.

To date, the State’s 15,000-strong police workforce and 90,000 Queensland Health employees have been subject to vaccine mandates that have required workers to either comply or be forced out of a job.

The Education Minister Grace Grace has not yet publicly ruled out requiring vaccinations for Queensland teachers and early childhood educators, and mandates are already in place across the private sector. This includes in the aviation and transport industries.

MP Robbie Katter says the Premier is full of double standards by forcing several thousands of resignations by police and public servants who are awake to the deadly jab and refuse to take it

Today Katter’s Australian Party Leader and Traeger MP Robbie Katter attempted to move a motion in the Queensland Parliament, calling on the Palaszczuk Labor Government to intervene in workforce vaccine mandates unless it requires all State politicians be vaccinated.

Citing the hypocrisy of the current double standards, KAP Leader and Traeger MP Robbie Katter said the motion was designed to test whether “what’s good enough for the goose was good enough for the gander” in Queensland.

Unfortunately it was voted down by the Labor Party meaning the debate could not even go ahead.

Mr Katter said all levels of government had pushed the boundaries on individual choice, personal freedom and civic liberties over the last 18 months in the name of the pandemic.

He said while the KAP’s position was to encourage all Queenslanders to have a conversation with their doctor about getting the COVID-19, and other, vaccines, the Party was staunchly opposed to vaccine mandates.

The text of the KAP’s motion was:

That this House agrees

  1. That all Queenslanders should be encouraged to get vaccinations, including COVID-19 vaccinations;
  2. That workplace vaccination mandates contravene fundamental rights of healthcare choice and access to employment free from discrimination and coercion because of healthcare choices;
  3. That breaching these rights through a vaccination mandate cannot be imposed by any business, government entity or authority without consent of the Queensland Parliament; and
  4. A breach of these rights may only be implemented when all Members of the Queensland Parliament are required to be fully vaccinated.

Mr Katter said it had been a disappointing day for democracy in the state of Queensland.

One of the few patriots left who understands the system and how it has been totally subverted under every citizen's nose. If we can help to turn it around we will, otherwise our children will have nothing. Our investigations show there is no 'government' of the people for the people of Australia. The removal of the Crown from Australian Parliaments, followed by the incorporation of Parliaments aided by the Australia Act 1987 has left us with corporate government with policies not laws, that apply only to members of political parties and the public service. There is no law, other than the Common Law. This fact will be borne out in the near future as numerous legal challenges in place now, come to a head soon.

    George Orwell Animal Farm.

  2. MP’s exempt from mandates
    Why ????
Because they can make the loudest noise
So wrong to have exemptions for one class of people and not to people seeking legitimate exemptions
Just goes to show how this isn’t about health at all

  3. Bad laws are nullified by juries. In America, it is called Jury Nullification and follows the entrenched legal principle that “Common law doth control Acts or Parliament and adjudges them when against common right to be void.”

  7. “The people will do whatever I say” is the catchcry of our duopoly government system endorsed by the party faithful voters. Can what’s left of this once great nation stand another term of duopoly? …ED2

  8. If it is compulsory for any person to be ‘vaccinated’ because of their job, it must also be compulsory for every single politician be they state or federal to also be ‘jabbed’. No exception. Let us not forget who one of the Pfizer board members is, of course Dr Jeannette Young’s husband and she is dictating that everyone should be vaccinated. That would have to be conspiracy and an obvious conflict of interest. Where are all the lawyers????

KATTER’S FIRST POINT WAS: “That all Queenslanders should be encouraged to get vaccinations, including COVID-19 vaccinations.”
Any politician who promotes this jab (as opposed to regular, proven immunisation against serious diseases) is a fraud.

  10. Seems to me that they want to replace the constitution with this biohazard act 2015 and dissolve the Commonwealth.

As I understand, Qld never wanted to be a part of the Federation in the 1st place, now they have their excuse and other states as well.

We are no longer a Commonwealth. A single county where we had the right to cross borders without an excuse.
R,I.P the idea of one country on one land.
We are now a divided county in many ways than one.
Let the new version of the Salam Witch hunts begin.

I don’t have much hope anymore to cling onto. I already battled Depression with suicidal thoughts and thought I was almost over it and now this happens.
And there are many more like me out there.

  11. Everyday is a disappointment for democracy in Queensland under the latest representative of the Palaszczuk/Zionist dynasty. I’ll bet old papa Henry with his genetic investment interests is proud of his girl.

  12. Thanks Robbie Katter for holding the line against this rotten hypocritical Qld premier & her scum comrades. Justice is just around the corner as their deck of cards is collapsing fast now 👍🔥

  16. Dear Correspondent

Thank you for taking the time to contact me to express your views on the prospect of an extension to the State of Emergency powers, and about mandatory vaccination for essential workers.

There is some misinformation going around at the moment. The current State of Emergency powers are set to run until the middle of December. Until then, the Government can continue to extend the SoE without seeking permission from the Parliament. So there will not be a vote in October.

However, the current powers expire on the 15th of December. If the powers expire, there will be no more authority for lockdowns or for mandatory vaccines.

Before that date, the Government will try to push through new legislation to give themselves permanent emergency powers. While this legislation must be already written, the Government is keeping it secret. We expect they will drop it on the Parliament just before the last sitting days of the year and try to ram it through with as little scrutiny as possible.

To avoid giving the Government these new powers, and to avoid further lockdowns and restrictions in 2022, we need to fight this now. The Government will need three crossbench MPs to support their secret emergency legislation. It may not necessarily be the three they relied upon for the last extension. But the only way to stop it will be to convince the crossbench not to support it.

My Liberal Democrats colleague David Limbrick and I have been working hard in Parliament to fight these appalling measures. It is by now staggeringly obvious the State of Emergency is not working. It is now also staggeringly obvious that Victorians have had enough. People are prepared to defy the law, take to the streets and make their feelings clear.

The Government is demanding all essential workers be vaccinated, and has given until next Friday week for those affected to get their first jab.

This is a dangerous path to follow – it is forcing us to make a choice between our right to choose what happens to our bodies, and our need for employment and an income. It also risks creating an underclass who are being legislated against, alienated and whom the Government seeks to create enemies of.

History tells us what happens when a particular group are legislated as less than others.

I am a passionate supporter of the individual’s right to choose, to do what they feel is best for them. I am not anti-vax – I am pro-choice.

My office has been flooded with phone calls and emails asking what can be done to stop this vaccination decree, and urging me to fight against the state of emergency extension and the mandatory vaccination.

I will be opposing the extension of Emergency Powers and the mandatory vaccinations. We must join together to fight for the Victoria which Daniel Andrews has taken from us.

    Will you stand with us?

  17. The Qld public servants in Health have (by default) agreed to upcoming boosters too. A gift that keeps giving whenever Atagi says so. Double jab will not be enough to keep their jobs. Many still don’t realise that. Obviously too preoccupied to read their work emails or do their own research. If the first jab may disable the immune system by 15% and the second jab may disable the immune system by a further 45% (according to modelling)….what will the third jab, the booster do? According to censored Scientists….the next stage of this nightmare movie will be the flourishing of autoimmunity, latent viruses, shingles, latent parasites (particularly toxoplasmosis) and cancers in waiting….all rearing their ugly heads. Nothing to do with having disabled the immune system though….of course not.
