Restore democracy in Queensland petition
This petition for Queensland need your attention
Queensland residents draws to the attention of the House that the Public Health and Other Legislation (Further Extension of Expiring Provisions) Amendment Bill, tabled 16 June 2021, will extend Queensland’s ‘State of Emergency’ powers and measures into a third year. There needs to be a public discussion on the great danger posed to Queensland’s democracy by all these rolling emergency powers, lockdowns and abrogation of citizens’ rights. Powers granted under emergency legislation are supposed to be exceptional and time-limited. After 18 months, there is no justifiable reason why the Government can’t legislate for more reduced powers that allow Government to deal with the situation at hand while restoring many of the State’s normal democratic processes.
Your petitioners, therefore, request the House to:
1. Oppose the bill and request the Government prepare a new one that better reflects the paramountcy of Parliament and citizens’ rights;
2. Make public, without redaction, all data, modelling and forecasts used by the Government in the decision-making process;
3. End the overuse of delegated legislation, which override the usual checks and balances needed for a functioning democracy;
4. End QR ‘sign in’ mandates for shops and businesses and allow people who are not at high risk from the virus, due to age or co-morbidities, to resume normal living;
5. Normalise democratic processes and freedoms in Queensland.

Vote? Petition? Try this; search AEC problems, and you’ll find so much obvious corruption. Besides which, where is the space for the wet ink signature? No contract, no authority. On this website is the history of what Rudd did over a long time because he could as there is NO upper house; no actual government. He did all that skulduggery for naught. Basically some kind of delusional fantasy. It’s NOT a government at all, it could be a temporary colonial administration acting out a corporate dictatorship that only exists in the minds of the perpetrators and victims. If the people are too gutless to hold them to account, to demand their bona fides, then they/it are what the people have let happen. But if you search “ACTS INTERPRETATION ACT 1901 – SECT 2B Definitions” you’ll get BIG surprise. There’s a simple step we could all do to get out of being members/servants of an invasion force; re-register your birth on the land “Terra Australis” omitting your (corporation) family name. Doesn’t matter where you register, just register.

Our Beloved Leader Scott Morrison seems to believe his political survival as PM rests on Divide to Conquer tactics. Is stirring up a lot of ill-feeling against those who dont want to be injected with risky “vaxxes”.
Does he hope there’ll be enough social discord he can cancel elections, rule by decree. Will the “opposition” parties agree to entering a “government for National Unity”.
All despots hide their cards until they’re ready to pounce !
Remember how he manoeuvred his way to the top.

Dr Robert Malone, inventor of the mRNA technology claims the Pfizer “vax” is the weakest of the brands, and any protection is gives wears off around 6 months – which could explain why PM Morrison has ordered 85 million Pfizer booster shots for next year (enough to jab every Australian three times)
Dr Malone also says you have an enhanced risk of infection as the dose protection wanes.
Thus we will see a rolling surge of “covid outbreaks”, necessitating ongoing Lockdowns.

The QLD lockdowns are due to PM Morrison ignoring the advice of his health advisers to discontinue using the risky blood clotting AstraZeneca, even for the 60s and over.
That is, PM Morrison okayed it’s use for all age groups – to hell with the Risks !
With a large supply of doses thus made available the NSW two week lockdown was extended – indefinitely (ie, until all doses have been used). The availability of doses also led to the QLD lockdowns.
The lockdowns will continue to happen whenever more supplies are obtained. PM Morrison has had ordered “85 million Pfizer booster shots for next year, and another 25 million for 2023” (that’s at least three shots for everyone, regardless of age, next year.)
PM Morrison has made it clear the lockdowns are to coerce people to get injected.
Adverts now on NSW TV urge everyone to have the Risky AstraZeneca injection.

i know the frustration putting up with total deception and inland piracy but please learn the definition of ‘democracy’ and ‘petition’. everyone conveniently forgets that they are the Government. What is perceived as ‘government’ is actually a ‘GOVERNMENT SERVICES CORPORATION’ incorporated which is in breach of its contract and it works for the people, supposedly, according to the Constitution of which there are two. More deceit. Go figure.

Nothing g’on happen until people realise that all people in leadership and power positions are in on it. I mentioned in another post which was deleted about Karen Brewer on Telegram. She has a plan (no one else does) at least to act on getting Senator Bill Heffernan’s speech released regarding our politicans, judiciary (current) and other prominent people all have police files with disgusting charges. For roughly 30 years Bill has tried to bring it to our attention that the above police reports have a suppression order for 90 years. Karen is asking all of us to demand they be released unredacted so the people can see. Another suppression order also needing to be released is the Port Arthur massacre details. Details that a young man put in prison to this day on false pretenses. Again suppressed for 90 years. We ask why does such information need to be suppressed? Their response was because the people will lose faith in the judiciary!. No shit!

The QLD Upper House was adjourned son die decades and decades ago, meaning, technically, that QLDis a foreign country, as it doe snot conform to our federal constitution.So then why is it that anyone takes notice of the QLD government, or pays them any taxes, when they are not a Constitutionally lawful government and re, at that fully corporatised?If there is no evidence of a wet ink contract with any Queenslander, why do business with them?
