Cairnsnews has been advised that the Bradshaw family today has filed an application in the Townsville Supreme Court to set aside the warrant used by receivers Ferrier Hodgson and Gadens solicitors to terrorise and take possession of Laurelvale at Prarie, had expired on December 16, 2016.
The Bradshaws now hold the high moral ground to take further action against all the invaders after they swooped on Laurelvale on February 1, 2017.
Stay tuned to Cairnsnews!
Next phase tomorrow morning 16-2-2017 Townsville Courts.
Keep fighting
These BANKSTERS are the Law Breakers.
Police should tell the Banks to do their own dirty work
And Protect the Farmers
The Salt of the Earth
What is happening to our Society
When the Government and Law Protectors protect the perpetrators and allow them (the Banks) to become a Law unto themselves and destroy so many naive and trusting Customers
I sincerely hope this news opens the way for a successful legal case against the perpetrators of this injustice against this innocent family.
The trouble is that the traitors in their black robes do not work for justice, they do not work for the people, and they literally have no authority over us, the people. The traitors in the black robes, or ‘magis’ do not care for the natural man and woman, their families or their rights, and, as we have observed with many of our fellow Australians, the unlawful and flat out CRIMINAL courts that we are forced to deal with, often in desperation, hoping for a level of ‘justice’, will always take the side of the corporation rather than the innocent man or woman.
I would like to point out that practically ANYONE can hold the higher moral ground over police, judges, sheriffs and debt collectors (receivers), after all, can there really be anyone LOWER than one turning on his fellow Australian or (insert nationality here), for financial reward??
I truly hope the Bradshaw family find peace, because I doubt very much that they’ll ever find justice in any Australian court where traitors against humanity sit in judgement against the innocent.
Best of Luck and thanks to Cairns News for keeping us informed 🙂
