The ACT Planning and Land Authority (ACTPLA) has approved the development application for a mosque at Gungahlin in Canberra’s north.

A group calling themselves the Concerned Citizens of Canberra have been running a campaign opposing the planned mosque.

Flyers were distributed to nearby residents citing concerns about increased traffic and the social impact.

The pamphlet was referred to the Human Rights Commissioner Helen Watchirs but she found it did not breach anti-discrimination laws.

During the public comment period ACTPLA received 60 submissions, 20 of which supported the mosque, and today the chief planning executive David Papps has approved the application.

Mr Papps says the main issues considered during the approval process were about the impact on parking and traffic.

“I was satisfied on the evidence in front of me that the parking provided at the mosque and in the immediate area that is already available was more than adequate,” he said.

“I was also satisfied that there going to be no major traffic issues generated by the number of patrons at the mosque.”

In his report he says many of the concerns raised were irrelevant or unsubstantiated, and that there is a need for another mosque as the Canberra Muslim community is growing.

There is currently a mosque at Yarralumla in Canberra’s inner south.

RE: Gungahlin Mosque, Religious Vilification Law and Islamic Supremicism

Dear Sir

‘The individual is handicapped by coming face to face with a conspiracy so monstrous he cannot believe it exists. The Western mind simply has not come to a realization of the evil that has been introduced into our midst’[1].

The reality of a mosque:  each one of which in Australia and all nations free of islam represents another orchestrated effort to oust traditional Judeo/Christian values and replace them with Islamic practices, laws, and beliefs. It should be noted that a mosque is totally unlike a church or a synagogue, entities that serve their communities under the law of the land and are both empowered and restrained under the Constitution.

In Muslim countries, no separation exists between mosque and state.  Islamic doctrine or sharia controls all aspects of a person’s existence, from the correct way to use the toilet to permissible forms of lying, or taquiya (and jihad).  For Muslims, Mohammed is the perfect man, whose every example must be emulated, even though by Western Judeo-Christian standards he was a mass murderer, pedophile, rapist, torturer, and looter.  Furthermore, Islamic doctrine is immutable, and any criticism of the traditions and practices of Mohammed is considered apostasy, which is punishable by death. 

No free individual will exists or is allowed when it comes to practices and observances.  Sharia must be strictly followed.  A mosque is a symbol of this ultimate authority and serves the function of organizing every aspect of life in a muslim community. 

And finally, In the “Explanatory Memorandum On the General Strategic Goal for the Group in North America,” ^[2] published in 1991 and discovered in a 2004 FBI raid of a house in Northern Virginia, the Muslim Brotherhood explains historical stages of Islamic activism for “civilizational jihad.”  This usurpation of Western/American Judeo-Christian and Western liberal social, political, and religious values by Islam was defined in the document which gave the role of the Muslim Brotherhood in America as “a kind of grand Jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within and ‘sabotaging’ its miserable house by their hands and the hands of believers so that it is eliminated and G-d’s religion is made victorious over all other religions.”^[3]  All religions other than islam have been abrogated, according to sharia law and the Koran.^[4]

Below I point out some of the many facets of  political Islam that are at odds with our Western multicultural view that all cultures are equal, because this culture considers itself superior to all other cultures as stated in the Koran and Sharia law.  Perhaps you could include the points below in the religious vilification law as totally incompatible with Australian Common Law because of the obvious supremacism inherent in the statements.

Arabs are the best of righteous people… Koran 3:110

Islam has abrogated all other religions Koran 3:85, , Reliance of the Traveller, w4.1 (2) 

Allah proclaims Islam over all other religions…48:28

Islam is the perfect religion; it will dominate all other religions…9:33

Those who reject faith (free people) are like panting dogs; preaching to them is a waste of time…7:176

The unbelievers are the worst beasts (or worst animals) in the eyes of Allah…8:55

Jews and Christians are rejected 17 times a day in the Muslims daily prayers.^[5]

Jihad means to war against all those free of islam. The scriptural basis for jihad are such Koranic verses as:  2:216, 4:89, 9:36.   Reliance of the Traveller, o9.0

The Islamic god Allah hates and despises those who dispute him and calls them Kafir. Koran 40:35  

Pagans, idolaters, disbelievers are impure (number 8 of 10 in the list of filth)^[6] Koran 09:28

There are 13 verses in the Koran demanding believers not to take unbelievers as friends. 03:28, 03:118, 04:89, 04:138/9, 05:51, 05:57, 05:80, 07:44, 09:23, 53:29, 58:14, 60:01, 60:13^[7] and the Hadith: Muslim 1:417, Abu Dawud 41:4815, 41:4832, Bukhari 59:572, Ishaq 262, 252

On the whole, Islam is very clear in teaching that there is no equality between believers and unbelievers, and hence no basis for a relationship of peers.  Those who do not profess Muhammad are intended to exist in subjugation to those who do, then spend eternity in hell.[8]

There are 164 Jihad verses in the Koran[9]

All 124 peace verses in the Koran have been abrogated[10]

Muslims know, and expressly let us know, that our beliefs and even our very existence form a threat to Islam because we represent freedom of thought and believe ourselves perfectly free to declare Muhammad not to be a prophet nor a figure fit for emulation.  (We can even contemplate and investigate by scholastic research if Muhammad even existed^[11])  This is psychologically intolerable to Muslims who cannot admit such thoughts into their own minds for then they might come to the realization that everything they have known all their lives is in error.  Previously solid ground turns to quicksand, and so they attempt to destroy the source of that thought, and see threats to Islam closing in from all directions, so great is their fear. Put simply, any criticism of Islam is a threat to Islam[12].

Islam’s ideological goal is not war or terror, for those are tactics, the goal is to replace man-made law with “sacred” Islamic law-the sharia, the path-so that Islam reigns over Muslims and Free People alike. Aside from a few hot wars, there is little to deter them; few in positions of political leadership know about sharia, fewer yet speak forthrightly about it.

Islam makes political objectives a religious duty, the global march is on[13] to reinstall the Caliph, (who cannot be charged for murder, adultery, robbery, theft, drinking or rape).^[14]  Then place all humanity under this barbaric ninth century sharia law[15]. Under sharia, Muslims deny freedom of speech, execute apostates from Islam, cut clitorises, beat, acid attack and honor-kill women, deny basic rights to non-Muslims, and more — and they call it all justice.[16]

Quite recently, Turkey’s Foreign Minister at the UN stated; ’Islamophobia can no longer be tolerated under the guise of freedom of expression’.  This was part of a concerted effort by Muslim leaders from around the world to compel the West to criminalize criticism of Islam[17]. The objective of this effort is to stop those who point out the motives and goals of the jihadists, as these are rooted in Islamic texts and teachings. That will render the West mute and hence defenseless before the advancing jihad and the tyranny of Sharia[18] and the most vengeful and frenzied force for barbarism loose on the planet today[19]. This frenzied force is Islam.

It seems that many of us Free of Islam have some wilful blindness in that they cannot see the danger of their actions. Yet there are many books, journals, websites dedicated to educating the general public about this darkness sitting on your office desks in the form of a smiling, friendly group of muslims[20] and they refuse read or listen.  Or, they may be wilfully blinding others so that they cannot see what evil is about descend upon them. It is important at the outset to recognize that there is a world of difference between the rule of law and the rule of lawyers[21]. That the banal emptiness of securalism cannot defeat the evil belief structure of fundamentalist islam. Can you not see that only Biblical belief can defeat koranic belief[22]?

The Trilogy of Islam, Koran, Sira and Hadith hold a total of 31% devoted to jihad, or war on unbelievers, the Sira alone has 61% of its text devoted to this subject.  The Trilogy devotes a total 60% to the Kafir (political term for humans free of Islam), none of it pleasant[23] 89% of the Hadith hold women in low status[24]. The removal of the clitoris is obligatory[25].  A recent conversation with a midwife who assisted a Genitally Mutilated woman give birth stated the consequences of this insane, barbaric practice is horrific[26].[27]  

“Those who do not govern according to [sic.] the (law) which Allah has revealed [Shari’ah law], verily, they are the kaafiroon…Democracy, like all other systems fabricated by the minds of men are untenable in Islam. It is an un-Islamic system [and] there is absolutely no basis anywhere in the Qur’aan for western democracy and its parliamentary system. A government of democracy is a government appointed by Juhhaal. Ignoramuses, fussaaq and fujjaar have no share in appointing a government in Islam. The Islamic system is Khilaafat…”  The Muslim moral of this is: don’t support the “infidel” system; defeat democracy in the U.S. and the West and replace it with Islamic law[28]

There can be no doubt that the Muslim Brotherhood (MB) has plans to destroy the Western Judeo/Christian Civilization, one of the most successful in history, with its works of faith, labours of love and patience of hope.[29]  The MB has prepared a plan call the ‘Project[30]’ that details the method of infiltrating and destroying the US and the West. “The Ikhwan (Muslim Brotherhood) must understand that their work in America is a kind of grand Jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western Civilization from within and sabotaging its miserable house by their hands and the hands of the believers so that it is eliminated and God’s religion is made victorious over all other religions”[31].

It is you, as our elected representatives, who are responsible for the protection of our Freedoms of Speech, from Want and Fear.  It is your responsibility to protect the path to the future based on our Judeo/Christian Civilization with its Golden Rule,(absent in Islam) laws and right to criticize, to ask why and to seek answers[32].

Should you vote for or support UN resolution 16/18 that in essence forbids criticism of Islam, you will be party to our subjugation to a barbaric ninth century Islamic/Sharia system of laws that ‘smites with a moral, intellectual and spiritual blight every nation of men which lies under its iron yoke and groans beneath its pitiless sway’[33].  There will be three options, only three.  Convert or pay the humiliating taxes or die.  Any one of them is the death of our Judeo/Christian Civilization, Freedom of Speech and the Curiosity rover on Mars.

107. An infidel i.e. a person who does not believe in Allah and His Oneness, is najis. Similarly, Ghulat who believe in any of the holy twelve Imams as God, or that they are incarnations of God, and Khawarij and Nawasib who express enmity towards th e holy Imams, are also najis. And similar is the case of those who deny Prophethood, or any of the necessary laws of Islam, like, namaz and fasting, which are believed by the Muslims as a part of Islam, and which they also know as such. 
As regards the people of the Book (i.e. the Jews and the Christians) who do not accept the Prophethood of Prophet Muhammad bin Abdullah (Peace be upon him and his progeny), they are commonly considered najis, but it is not improbable that they are Pak. Ho wever, it is better to avoid them.

108. The entire body of a Kafir, including his hair and nails, and all liquid substances of his body, are najis.

109. If the parents, paternal grandmother and paternal grandfather of a minor child are all kafir, that child is najis, except when he is intelligent enough, and professes Islam. When, even one person from his parents or grandparents is a Muslim, the child is Pak (The details will be explained in rule 217).

110. A person about whom it is not known whether he is a Muslim or not, and if no signs exist to establish him as a Muslim, he will be considered Pak. But he will not have the privileges of a Muslim, like, he cannot marry a Muslim woman, nor can he be buried in a Muslim cemetery.

111. Any person who abuses any of the twelve holy Imams on account of enmity, is najis.
