US Vice President JD Vance has defended President Trump’s apparent attempts to shield his donors from the Epstein scandal, but at the same time has admitted to Epstein’s links to US and Israeli intelligence.
Vance also strongly denied Trump was involved in pedophilia, saying there was no evidence to support such an allegation. But Alex Jones saw it more as a break from Trump and played some clips (see 8.54.04) from the interview to support his case. The clips were to be posted on Jones’ Rumble channel.
Vance, speaking in frank tones during the interview, said Epstein “clearly had connections to the highest levels of American intelligence, he clearly had connections to the highest levels of Israeli intellligence”. It’s hardly news to us, but Vance, who is tagged as the presidential candidate for 2028, will not win friends in high places with such frank confessions.
Vance said he “always found it fascinating” that Jeffrey Epstein seemed to be connected to “elements of the Israeli deep state that were left of centre”.
He also referred to “a very discreet and extremely well funded campaign to try to derail the negotiation and try to derail the deal” (with Iran).
Asked by Rogan where Epstein got his money, Vance said it was probably from his “suspect tax schemes”, for instance with Trump supporter and multi-billionaire garment manufacturer Les Wexner.
The Vice President, when questioned about Trump’s blatant denial of the Epstein files, calling them a hoax, said it was more an angry reaction to repeated Democrat insinuations that he and his friends were implicated in the files, than a cover-up.
Vance also referred to a Time article that lists “a group of people who have quite literally been paid by a former Trump campaign person who was himself was paid by certain elements within the Israeli government and those people are attacking me viciously for quite literally trying to accomplish the negotiation objective that the President set for the country”.
“It’s social media posts … they’re attacking me obsessively saying we should not be negotiating with Iran, we should just keep the military campaign going indefinitely … and coming after me saying that I’m influenced by Qatar, that I’m influenced by foreign governments, that I take my marching orders from Tucker Carlson …”

Epstein has been in the news too, with JD Vance’s Esptein statements on Joe Rogan. Some time ago I was surprised, when on the phone to a Jewish school in Melbourne, over some issue, to hear the person on the other end of the phone madly typing on a keyboard.
