He then goes on to implore Dr. Gerberding to respond to questions that had been raised by “Representative David Weldon” regarding the integrity of CDC scientists working in the immunization program. He also explains that the CDC has been covering up the truth about the safety problems the agency’s own scientists had documented with vaccines, saying:

In response to this letter, the CDC took deliberate action to retroactively alter the outcome of the autism study by arbitrarily eliminating most subjects from the study, thereby shrinking the sample size to a small data set which would not achieve statistical significance.
This is a clear and irrefutable case of scientific fraud.
This fraud allowed CDC scientists such as Colleen Boyle to testify before Congress that there was “no credible link” between MMR vaccines and autism.

It’s terrible that children in this country have to adhere to the childhood vaccine schedule in order to receive the family tax benefits. It’s ridiculous. They squirm when the subject is raised because they know they just follow the science is in mantra, even though these vaccines have never been tested for safety.

The TGA has made my life a living nightmare with their bureaucratic nanny-state “we know better than you” attitude. Even discounting their arguably criminal actions when it comes to vaccines, the rules they make in other health areas are from any practical viewpoint completely and utterly unworkable. ‘Double Tragedy’: Twins’ Deaths Likely Caused by Vaccines, Not Parents

On May 1, Dallas and Tyson, fraternal 18-month-old twins, were found dead by their mother after receiving the Hepatitis A, flu and DTaP vaccines on April 23.
Police are investigating the parents, but Dr. Pierre Kory, who reviewed the twins’ medical records, told CHD.TV that, unfortunately, vaccine-related sudden infant deaths are “as common as the day is long.”
It’s “absolutely absurd” that the parents of twin babies who died a week after receiving three vaccines are still under suspicion for killing their children, according to Dr. Pierre Kory, who reviewed the twins’ medical records.
Vaccine-related sudden infant deaths (SIDs) are “tragic” and unfortunately, “as common as the day is long,” Kory said in an interview Wednesday with Children’s Health Defense’s (CHD) Polly Tommey.
Kory spoke with Tommey, CHD.TV program director, about the deaths of 18-month-old Dallas and her twin brother, Tyson.
‘Such a double tragedy’
THE BABIES DIED ABOUT SEVEN DAYS AFTER RECEIVING THE FLU SHOT, THE HEPATITIS A VACCINE AND THE DTaP (DIPHTHERIA, TETANUS, PERTUSSIS) VACCINE AT THEIR 18-MONTH WELLNESS VISIT.
When the mother brought the twins in for their wellness visit on April 23, she and her mother-in-law told the pediatrician they had concerns about the twins receiving the flu shot because the father’s family had a history of adverse reactions to the vaccine. The pediatrician told them the babies would be OK and had nurses give the twins the shots.
The next morning, the babies’ lips were blue and they were lethargic, according to Angela Wulbrecht, a registered nurse with the Vaccine Safety Research Foundation, who has assisted the parents in filing a report with the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System, or VAERS.
Wulbrecht, who also spoke with Tommey, said the babies continued to be very sick for the rest of that week. The morning of May 1, the mother found the babies dead in their bed after apparently passing away in their sleep.
The mother called 911, hoping the paramedics would be able to do something to help the twins.
“She didn’t know that her babies had passed until she was in the sheriff’s department, where they were accusing her of murder and asking her what she did to these babies,” Wulbrecht told Tommey.
The police informed the babies’ father, who had been trying to call his wife from work after hearing that their home was surrounded by police tape, that his children had died and that he must go to the sheriff’s office for questioning.
“It’s such a double tragedy,” Kory said. Not only do the parents “have to endure the trauma of losing their loved babies, but now they’re being harassed and sort of suspected by the police.”
“This must be tragic and traumatizing to those parents beyond belief,” he added.

Dr Moulden’s death was also unexplained according to Brasscheck “Heart attack? Suicide?” they ask, “The news media and police didn’t even bother to clarify the cause of death. However, the usual suspects performed their usual “clean up crew” activities, creating websites and “articles” slandering him and his work in every way possible.”
As we have grown to expect, the truth that was uncovered by Dr Moulden was rejected by the conventional medical system and the pharmaceutical industry. Now on the tenth anniversary of his death, the work of a doctor who would have been an immensely valuable voice to have had on side during the last few years deserves recognition.

In a tribute to Dr. Andrew Moulden, Dr. Leonard G. Horowitz wrote: “Doctor Andrew Moulden MD, PhD Is Dead (Murdered Probably) at age 50 “The death of Andrew Moulden is shrouded in mystery.
Some sources say he had a heart attack and others say he committed suicide.
A colleague of Dr. Moulden who wishes to remain anonymous reported to Health Impact News that he/she had contact with him two weeks before he died in 2013.
Dr. Moulden told trusted colleagues in October of 2013 that he was about to break his silence and would be releasing new information that would be a major challenge to the vaccine business of big pharma.
He was ready to come back.
Even though he had been silent, he had never stopped his research. Two weeks later, Dr. Moulden suddenly died. “

It’s also notable that members of the industry-funded Immunisation Coalition are very influential in the media and on policy, but seldom disclose that this organisation is funded by vaccine manufacturers Seqirus/CSL, Pfizer, Merck (MSD), GlaxoSmithKline and Sanofi. The Immunisation Coalition is also associated with the Australian Medical Association, the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and other medical organisations, and is also sponsored by Google and others. Dr Tony Bartone, the current President of the Australian Medical Association, is an Immunisation Coalition member, a fact which is seldom disclosed in media articles. It seems to me that as clear as daylight that these Officials & many many others are complicit in murderous genocide since they are earning a HIGH salary whilst fraudulently denying the facts that vaccines are simply not safe. Any mRNA jab is a death sentence for us humans & for the TGA to not agree with this shows that they are criminally negligent in the highest degree.

Are they indemnified from any liability as to their approval of all these vaccines? If the answer is yes, then what hope has anyone or how accountable are they in a senate committee.

The TGA is a corporation operating under an ABN, as per:

And being a corporation the Members of the TGA Board must accept full commercial liability for all loss, harm and injury perpetrated via their medical dictates.
As with local councils, the TGA must have indemnity insurance in place, lest it cannot legally trade, as is the case with councils.
Probably even more pointedly, the TGA and governments must reveal the vaccination status of all people who “died suddenly” and kids and everyone else that have suffered turbo cancers and the like.
