In the roughly seven weeks since February 28, 2026, multiple significant fires and explosions have struck fuel refineries and power-related facilities across several countries.
Critical energy infrastructures around the world are engulfed in flames. It happens daily, both in war zones and in countries where there is no official state of war. This article is focused on non-military incidents.

March 1, 2026 – Ecuador: A major fire broke out at the country’s largest oil refinery. Details on exact cause remain limited in public reports.
March 17, 2026 – Olmeca (Dos Bocas) Refinery, Tabasco, Mexico: A fire occurred at Mexico’s newest refinery (operated by PEMEX). This was the second incident at the site in quick succession.
An April 9 follow-up fire was confined to a petroleum coke warehouse with no injuries reported.
March 23, 2026, Valero, Texas, USA: An explosion has set fire to an oil refinery in Port Arthur, Texas. Valero Refinery is one of the largest refineries in the United States.
April 14, 2026 – Vedanta Thermal Power Plant, Sakti, Chhattisgarh, India: A boiler explosion at this coal-fired power plant killed 19 people and injured others during routine operations.
April 15-16, 2026 – Geelong, Victoria, Australia: A large structural fire erupted at Viva Energy’s Geelong refinery—one of Australia’s only two operating oil refineries. The refinery supplies about 10% of Australia’s fuel, prompting temporary supply concerns and imports to offset losses. Officials described it as “unprecedented”.
April 16-17, 2026 – Haripur, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan: A Sui Northern Gas pipeline in the Hattar Industrial Estate ruptured and ignited, triggering a massive fire that engulfed nearby residential quarters.
April 18, 2026 – BP Cherry Point Refinery, Blaine, Washington: Three people were injured in an incident at the BP Cherry Point refinery on Saturday in Blaine, company officials said.
April 20, 2026 – Pachpadra, Balotra, Rajasthan, India: A major fire broke out near the crude distillation unit at the new HPCL Rajasthan Refinery Ltd (HRRL) complex, a $9.5 billion refinery-petrochemical project. An investigation is underway into the technical or operational cause.
April 20, 2026 – Bucharest, Romania: A powerful explosion occurred at the CET Vest district heating/power plant (a key thermal facility serving the city), involving electrical transformers containing 30-40 tons of insulating oil.
April 20-21, 2026 – Homalin, Sagaing Region, Myanmar: A major explosion at the river port along the Chindwin River ignited a blaze that engulfed more than 10 fuel tankers.
April 21, 2026 – Etoile, Texas, USA: An explosion at a Texas natural gas/oil well site set off a large fire that was seen for miles and led to some evacuations.

We know that these fires are not accidental. They are part of a coordinated attempt by the WEF and its criminal supporters to destroy the very fabric of our society to bring us to our knees so that they can exert total control over us.
