This may be a very public event, with Media getting a free ride, but if Ben was to turn the tables on what may be from the top all way way down to Mr. Policeman, he would be advised to “Challenge The courts Jurisdiction”. If an elderly, Knowledgable QC was to support ben in Court, and assist this, it will immediately go to the High Court, where the Challenge would deconstruct this treasonous Government. Would Media be silent, and not broadcast the events. What an opportunity!!!!!!
After watching the podcast I strongly suspect another agenda of the government. Imagine if podcasts had been available after the Port Arthur Massacre or prior to Lindy Chamberlain’s trial.

What a plot. The anti-humanists are senior management of the UnaParty, ASIO, AFP, ADF and their propaganda unit of willing slaves, Ch9 in this case. They hoped for plausible deniability in having a news outlet set the stage for the takedown of our top soldiers. I can see only one reason driving this plan: Replace the ADF with a World Military Force.

The real criminals in this debacle are the politicians and the American war machine (CIA and Military Industrial Complex) that create these wars. Australia has a Defence Force supposedly. If we ever needed such a capability most members would be overseas fighting American concerns. Only once has Australia needed to use military personnel to “defend” Australia in its history since 1788 and that was because the USA created a situation bringing Japan into the 2nd World War.

Haven’t watched it all but from what I have watched there seems to be a sinister element that is interrogating military personnel into a trap of divulging gruesome events that have naturally occurred as a result of war.
From what I found and from one link in my previous comment, there are a whole lot of institutions relying on this feed of compensation post a war to warrant their own existence.
I will put it out there as an opinion. 1. The Brereton Report, tool to introduce this new process of compensation. 2. Lieber-Westpoint, write up the new laws for war crimes and compensation. 3. The UN. The global manager of this new compensation fund.
And last Australia the test case for the scenario above with the help of trial by media to get it over the line without any consideration of our brave Aussie hero’s.
Shame on this Government, as if it was to get over the line here then it will be rolled out globally. You see under a OWG we all become States under the one government and this would be a military law needing implementation for one state causing damage to another state with this process becoming the method of repatriation costs.
The agenda is alive and well.
It’s hard to believe the evil of our politicians and public officials. No soldier sent to a war zone should face any charges for killing the enemy.
