Letter to the Editor
The week before last I wrote to my federal guy, Richard Marles levelling the charge of BREACH OF CONTRACT at him and the government, saying that-and the local Senator, Sarah Henderson’s staffer agreed with me when I called that office too-that the only role of government is service provision-contracted service providers, only.
And that is the actual fact. I plan to write again stating that the fuel excise must go completely, as in just the last four years some $64 billion in fuel excise ha been harvested from Aussie motorists, that money should be be rightfully used to maintain and construct the nations roads which, as Cairns News and other publications has often reported are in a seriously bad state, with many of our main national highways being outright dangerous. (Bruce Hwy)
That $64 billion is our money, not the governments, an has likely disappeared into Consolidated Revenue rather than being a separate fund to be dispersed to the states and, via the states, local councils, to fix the roads in their various jurisdictions.
This has not happened, at all, and, like the whereabouts and the truth of our fuel mystery fuel reserves, that money must be accounted for, and the excise done away with completely, and not just for a few months.
My video on the subject:

Those billions could easily have been used to restore or rebuild the refineries that were shut down (have they been dismantled (and if so, that would have happened at enormous cost) and if not let’s see them reinstated.
What the government has done is tantamount to economic vandalism, at a national scale, threatening the viability of this resource-rich nation. And that is proof that this Labor government is not fit to govern, and neither are the Liberals, as they have been about as effective an opposition as the pet Chihuahua would be to pack of rabid wolves.
And it is about time that Aussies maybe did a Cheran and sacked everyone:

Joe Bogan : Brunei has heaps of oil and it is closer to Australian than South Korea
Commenter Thompson
I think you meant to write why can’t Australia source oil from Australia.
Brunei already contracted 100% to Asia I would guess.
Australia already sold its oil to Rockerfellas ( Chevron Exxon etc ).
They have some unsold stuff somewhere near Poowoomba, Elbow will probably try to sell it now he has learned of it.
We are not allowed to have industries in Australia, by order of Canberra, they must all be shut down.
When we are down to Universal Basic Income the CCP will show up and teach us how to work for $2/ hour.
The lessons will be a Chinese guy kicking our arses.
Why can’t Australia source oil from Brunei ?

The dissatisfaction in Geelong ultimately comes from the economy, where I live the people are generally satisfied with the council, it’s not entirely to my taste but I choose to live here. I did have a public opportunity to humiliate the previous mayor and like anyone I can operate quite effectively on the verbal level. Your city Geelong has been suffering for a long time and you have not altered its course, and you won’t, if you think the local council is head of the snake, of course they are just minions, developers’ wives et al. The head of the snake, which directs the Global economy, is Swissyland, or more accurately, entities domiciled within Swissyland.
Well, Joe Bogan, have you held your local council to account, as I have shown you how to do? Likely not, though the information is gold, true and correct, and does what it intends to do.
The traders up High St., Belmont, Geelong, will have been merrily trading away for seven years, come April 30, which is the date I read the Riot Act to council and told them to expect to get sued should they award the contract and those 55 traders go broke, or suffer any major financial losses due to the construction. Seven years, Joe, that you have had to have a go in your council patch, but I bet you did nothing of the sort. So you are pontificating about Swissy nonsenses, which is not going to get anyone anywhere, unless you do something concrete.
Your local council will be contracted to UNESCO, as a signatory to UN Agenda 21/30, the then Mayor of Geelong saying, in the main local paper:
IIn a statement Mr Sullivan said: “As Mayor, I am deeply committed to upholding our obligations to UNESCO and Korea, both of which bring great economic and cultural benefit to Greater Geelong. We will continue to work on clever and creative ways to bring the world to Geelong.” …on July 25 2021.
An obligation is contractual, or via agreement, both of which are contractual anyway.
I wrote to council and asked about how this “obligation”, referring to it as necessarily being contractual, without the express consent of the constituency, and how much it costs, as those programs would be paid for by the ratepaying public.
I got no reply, but, then, they are not obliged to hang themselves, are they, Joe?
We have to do that for them.
So if you cannot do things like that, Joe, the Swissy is irrelevant, because the local council is the most important organisation in any town, and the Head of the Snake.
So get t it, Joe, if you can.
A benevolent dictator is what Australia needs to survive where it is now
Pat from Vic who was already unhinged with dillusions of grandeur has finally gone off the deep end into full blown psychosis. What a shame they closed institutions like Kew Cottages…now all the lunatics are wandering the streets. Apropos that, Shabos goy gay wiener Sir Rope takes the case for the most intellectually challenged troll on the internet. He’s probably a lonely fat, grey haired divorcee who needs two mattresses to sleep on, lol!
I think you have nailed it Mate.
I take some inspiration from the Italian commoners who dealt with Mussolini and changed the course of the war. I see in another story in Cairns News today that the military veterans are perhaps a force to be reckoned with and Bosi, who I am not ordinarily a follower of, might have some suggestion for how to engage this force.
I have just watched Matt Canavan talking for an hour on national Press Club, Matt is still young and has taken time to move through the ranks, all his ideas have been current though ignored for some decades I would say, they are all well and good, but the image in my mind was of a boat or swimmer caught in a whirlpool and precariously close to going under, coming up with a strategy to get out of the whirlpool.
We are being sucked under in large part by Swissy’s usury system, which as I have written before, descends from the Venetian system, as a matter of historical background. The Venetians were up against the Byzantines and held their own against the great and mighty Byzantine Empire. The BE was famous for “Byzantine complexity” where, like us today, they were rule-bound and regulation-bound to the point of self-destruction.
Here we are today, spinning around in a whirlpool of deliberate incompetence. Renegotiating the rules is all well and good, holding the local council to account is well and good, but this financial trap, which includes house-prices, nett-zero, OH&S, public servants, etc etc., this financial trap is a lot bigger, it is so big it is virtually inescapable, I rate the chances of getting out as very small.
It is patently obvious that the last three commenters have no solution whatsoever, as they have done nothing, and will likely do nothing either except vent. Fair dinkum, because you lot are not.
obvious_bob said – “… Maybe the question is, Sir Rope: what are you going to do about it?”
Isn’t it obvious?
Sturdy rope. Lamp posts.
But the time’s not right, not yet, because the Useless Eaters simply don’t WANT that. Not yet. They’d much rather continue suffering and starving and dying for another five or six years, before they’ll be willing to look for a solution outside their multi-generationally entrenched paradigm that actually WORKS.
Human nature and herding pathology, so predictable, so cyclical. Go figure.
In the meantime we’ll be needing incorrigible boffins like obvious bob to champion all the techniques and strategies that simply don’t work, that simply cannot extricate Australia from the nonconsensual corporate tentacles of the Globalist behemoth, to whittle away all those hopeful schemes, all those devilishly clever devices and acrobatics, and narrow it down to that ONE single sure-fire cure for what ails us.
Sturdy rope. Lamp posts.
So have at it, bob! You’re the Q to our James Bond, Mr. Rope and Mr. Lamp Post. We’re depending on autistic savants, genius mavens just like you to painstakingly iterate to that emphatically singular solution which is already paradoxically bleedingly obvious, that One Ring to Rule Them All, and drag along sufficient bright-eyed bushy-tailed Useless Eaters to enable its flawless execution.
RE: “Nothing has been done to date to restore our independence on other countries. Both major parties have failed miserably”
Wrong, wrong, Jana! They’ve done plenty! They’ve successfully fkd us since at least the 1970s and 1980s when we were pretty much self sufficient! And why did they do that? Because they’re running foreign, elitist WEF style agendas instead of good old fashioned Australia First ones.
–
They’ve sold us out. They don’t work for us anymore. They’re no longer protecting our collective and individual rights and interests! Rights and interests which are being demolished in favour of ‘minority’ groups, as we speak! Minority groups which will promptly get it in the neck when the majority of us are overwhelmed and penned like sheep under NWO rules.
–
And the best way to do that is to have us dependent and begging for our daily bread and for our ‘protection’ from everyone but them! It’s how totalitarian systems such as feudalism, communism, fascism and despotism work best.
–
They ALL enjoy vassals and serfs at their mercy. And they all aspire to being the Kings of Kings with a global army and a Global Empire greater than any heretofore.
While the politicians are protected by both ASIO and the AFP nothing will change. And of course both those corporation are protected by the same politicians. We Australians have a stale mate situation or maybe checkmate situation and we are without “a King or Queen” on the board.
Maybe the question is, Sir Rope: what are you going to do about it? If you are so knowledgeable about all this you must have a solution or two in mind.
One might be to take the bloke for misrepresentation, though that would be a big call, given that he is the Deputy PM.
But sufficient numbers-perhaps a few hundred, making the complaint might be another thing?
I have some Common Law tragics around here who bellyache about wanting Common Law, but seemed to not twig on the fact that you need a common law complaint in order for it to be taken to a Common Law Court.
I told this one guy to have a look at the Common Law division at the Melbourne courts, as the CL courts do exist-for common law complaints.
If you get the misrepresentation claim upheld, I am told that you can make the criminal charge of Misuse of Office.
Now that WOULD be BIG CHEESE, would it not, Ropey?
And by implication, the charge against Richard Marles would apply to the whole Parliament, would it not, Ropey?
Notice to Agent Means….etc., etc.
See how you go? You might want to team up with Pat, as you both seem like you might have a bondage fetish!!! Hahaha!!!
The fate of this nation is serious business, Folks. SO get bloody serious, dammit!
In the Australian constitution it states that the powers granted parliament are for “peace, order and for good governance”.
Our government has forfeited their right to govern because they have utterly failed on all three accounts.
A mob of criminals with their sights set purely on feathering their own nests and their post political career are expense of the rest of us.
A bunch of anti Christian corrupt treasonous parasites.
Total green madness shutting down our refineries 🤬
The post-War Against Iran reality – NOTHING WILL RETURN TO NORMAL. You can expect Rationing to be quietly implemented, especially for medical care. Do Not Resuscitate (DNR) notices will become common on the hospital beds of the elderly and chronically sick; voluntary euthanasia of the ‘mentally ill’ will be mandatory; critical care of ‘defective’ newborns and infants will be a thing of the past… that’s only ‘savings’ in health services… Sacrifices Will Have To Be Made…
How governments sell them is another matter…
Ok he maybe in breach of contract. But the question is: what are you going to about it goy?
Keep paying your taxes to a gov that hates you? Keep voting in false elections?
Haha absolutely pathetic.
Aussies = bovine.
I worked for a State road authority for 8 years and saw road maintainence budgets declining as far back as 2017. And as Cairns News correctly pointed out, road funding (particularly for main highways and major road projects) is generally shared between the States and Federal govt. This is all by design. They want us racked and stacked in their Geofenced 15 minute 5g/6g “Kill CIties”, and the vast majority of the Australian continent locked up into zones with no human contact, limited human contact and “Human Settlement Zones” (aka: Smart prisons) #Agenda2030 #Vision2050
Yes, Gary this labour government + the liberals & 1 nation should be canned.their extreme pensions stopped.i’ve never considered voting for the greens, but (shoebridge .greens senator)seems to care about Australia. A report on youtube about wong/albenese/marles.denouncing Iran’s defense against israel/ American aggresion & hooking Australian sympathies to israel.morrison made an arrangement with America to have our fuel supplies kept in texas ! Wtf ?? I’m 78 yrs old & I’ve seen a revolving door of fkn idiots in government local federal.australia is a quarry for foreign (as well as australian) lobbyists to enrich themselves against the… common-wealth of our nation.
David said – “… We need help, because no Australian Government body, Executive, Legislative, nor Judiciary has the gumption to hold these criminals to account…”
It’s even worse than that, the so-called Australian Government body, Executive, Legislative, & Judiciary ARE the criminals, they ARE the Gangsters lording it over the Useless Eaters, all faithfully working in LOCKSTEP for the foreign-owned COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA CORPORATION on behalf of THEIR psychopathic baby-eating Globalist owners and handlers at the World Economic Forum and BEYOND.
What’s more, they have CORPORATE ARMIES of shit-for-brains Granny-bashing child-molesting pig-raping mass-murdering hired mercenary thugs ever-ready and eager to ENFORCE the Fascist Dictatorship now grinding Australians down into the dirt and into their graves.
But there IS light at the end of the tunnel, a long long way off there in the distance, because Mr. Rope and Mr. Lamp post are coming to help. Another five or six years of this totalitarian BS oughta do it, another five or six years of “voting” for and “petitioning” utterly crooked racketeering CORPORATE ENTITIES who IGNORE whatever we say or try to do, another five or six years of trying everything under God’s Creation that DOESN’T work, trying everything that utterly FAILS to arrest the LOCKSTEP slide to Orwellian Oblivion, trying everything that FAILS to provide any solace nor to heal the sick and wounded and desperate and hopeless and destitute and homeless and starving and dead, another five years of being shat on from on high no matter WHAT we do, before enough people have nothing left to lose and FINALLY stumble upon the ONE method to emphatically cure what ails us.
Sturdy rope. Lamp posts.
Oh sure, it might not restore all the ruined lives and cure all the sick and dying Australians and raise the dead from their early graves, and it may not fill in the cavernous fractures of a sorely damaged and greviously wounded society for generations to come. But it’s a start.
We need help, because no Australian Government body, Executive, Legislative, nor Judiciary has the gumption to hold these criminals to account. The One Big Club running Australia will continue to do what they do, because they feel safe with a disarmed population. Kurdaitcha Man?

You are 100% correct. Nothing has been done to date to restore our independence on other countries. Both major parties have failed miserably
