It’s a well-known urban exploration (urbex) site in Perth’s CBD, often featured in local abandoned building guides for its decaying interiors, graffiti, and eerie atmosphere. Despite some conflicting online listings (likely outdated or erroneous), recent urbex reports and local discussions confirm its derelict status as of 2025—no active operations, boarded-up entrances, and security patrols to deter entry.

Height and Structure: 11 stories (floors) tall, originally built in the late 1960s with 117–119 rooms, two penthouse apartments, and a rooftop pool. It also includes an adjacent 8-story office block and a public car park (373–374 bays, leased to Wilson’s Parking).

Trouble is that the government, bogus as it is, is corporate, and these ring-ins can actually be there, as corporate, but not lawful Constitutional Parliamentarians.

This means that if your local reps are not observing their Constitutionally-contracted obligations they can be charged with misrepresentation, which can lead to the criminal charge of Misuse of Office.
Your political representatives are not, lawfully, in the Parliament to have agendas, but to perform as to their contracted obligations to ensure that what they do results in the mandated: “…peace, order and good government…” required by the Constitution, and individually, for Members to “…act in the best interests of their constituents.”
When everyone starts doing that we might then start getting somewhere.

I really doubt that Monica will post that document on her website, as I do believe she is controlled opposition and will not give any real, explicit, information to her followers.

I have been trying to get a letter to the editor into the Melbourne Herald and its sister paper here in Geelong, saying that the Service to Property charge levied on your power and gas needs to be lowered, as that makes up the bulk of my power bill (I am all electric).
The monthly charge is near$300, dwarfing the actual power usage charge, with the STP charge being just pure profit, and which charge was granted as a sweetener when the Victorian government was offloading the assets to the foreigners who now own them.
These retailers, who do not generate any power at all, only buy and sell the power and gas-or at least mine does-and do no maintenance, etc.
The energy is only unaffordable because the governments have ensured that we get ripped off by these retailers.
