Turkiye says it has issued arrest warrants for genocide against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and other senior Israeli officials.
Among 37 suspects listed are Israeli Defence Minister Israel Katz, National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir and army chief Lieutenant General Eyal Zamir, according to a Friday statement from the Istanbul prosecutor’s office, which did not publish the complete list.
Turkiye has accused the officials of “genocide and crimes against humanity” that Israel has “perpetrated systematically” in its war on Gaza since October 2023.
“The October 17, 2023, attack on the al-Ahli Baptist Hospital claimed 500 lives; on February 29, 2024, Israeli soldiers deliberately destroyed medical equipment; … Gaza was placed under blockade, and victims were denied access to humanitarian aid,” it said.
The statement also refers to the “Turkish-Palestinian Friendship Hospital”, built by Turkiye in the Gaza Strip and bombed by Israel in March.
Israel denounced the move as a “PR stunt”.
“Israel firmly rejects, with contempt, the latest PR stunt by the tyrant [President Recep Tayyip] Erdogan,” Foreign Minister Gideon Saar posted on X.
The Palestinian group Hamas welcomed the announcement, calling it a “commendable measure [confirming] the sincere positions of the Turkish people and their leaders, who are committed to the values of justice, humanity and fraternity that bind them to our oppressed Palestinian people”.
Turkiye’s announcement comes almost one year after the International Criminal Court (ICC) issued arrest warrants for Netanyahu and his former defence minister, Yoav Gallant, for alleged “war crimes”.

That’s why there are attacks on children and innocence. To detach them from awareness of Truth, and get them to disbelieve, be suspicious, and be fearful of It. To see genuine Love as weakness.
To get them to scoff and sneer at It. As the devil does.
The devil’s “truth” or “love”, has a price, is never given free of charge, and always turns a profit for the devil. That is, it steals power, is a usurper.
It is conditional, “special”, not universal. It is not genuine.
The assimilated give lip-service to Love but know IT not.
And this is why you scoffers scoff, or simply don’t get it…are oblivious…you’re either completely fake, or traumatized into obliviousness.
Anyone that uses deception, coercion, or torture to get their ideas or “authority” accepted is evil, and thus their motivation is to assimilate/recruit others into an evil state of being subservient to the abuser/exploiter, and prevent their escape from an evil world.

Anything contrary to Truth is evil. Trying to have it both ways is a state of cognitive dissonance, any attempt to “synthesize”/”reconcile” the two is impossible.

It appears to me that he either feels safer in Cyprus, than on the streets of occupied Palestine, or that he is stirring up trouble in a powder keg, inhabited by Türkiye north of the United Nations buffer zone and Greek Cypriots to the south.

Hell ( with capital letter ) does exist, it’s a small town in Norway. I bought a postcard but I didn’t go there, it looked boring.
In many other cultures people would willingly die because they thought the next life would be better, but in this culture there are so many different beliefs, opinions and guesses that nobody ( except the dogmatic ) has much of a clue anymore. Some people think you may create your own hell and take it with you. In any case it’s not much use projecting it as a threat.
We see as well as the BBC news criminal heads getting sacked, Mein Trumpf has pardoned his lawyer Rudy Giuliani who Biden put in the slammer and also Sidney Powell and 75 others, something is happening at last, it would be good to see a number of ABC-TV heads in the slammer too, sacking is too good for them. Haha…”hell” is any state or condition of being virtually detached from Truth and Reality(GOD) and perceiving fiction as “truth” and “reality”.

David A. The it is beneath my dignity to read one word of the Talmud, I know what’s in it. So does Jesus. One should never wish anyone in hell, there is a very good chance they will wind up there themselves. It is about love, no matter what. That doesn’t mean I would not condone his execution, but I would give him the opportunity to repent first, because Jesus clearly has. That’s the only reason he is still alive. Christ has given him time to repent, I can do no less. But I do agree, he is a vile despicable creature.

Bruce Brodie. Turkey and Arab states are not taking in Palestinian refugees because that is exactly what Israel wants. Accepting Palestinian refugees forced out of Gaza and the West Bank, legitimizes Israel’s policy of ethnic cleansing. Furthermore, why should the Palestinians relocate – Palestine is their home and has been for thousands of years – unlike the European colonial settlers most of whom arrived in the last 75 years.
Can we have an arrest warrant for proposed genocide given that the IHR rot has been signed and that it proposes a genocide of Australia?
