Prime Minister Anthony Albanese yesterday called the graffiti “abhorrent” and said the Australian Federal Police would hunt down the perpetrators – a likely story.
His comment followed a complaint by former Treasurer Josh Frydenberg, who said the billboard demonstrated some Australians now openly supported terrorism. “These extremists do it because they are allowed to get away with it,” he posted to social media.
It comes as Pro-Palestinian activists marched through the city today to mark the second anniversary of the October 7 Hamas attack on Israel. They are holding another Nationwide March for Palestine this Sunday.
“What a third world sh*thole Melbourne is becoming,” Kathrine Deves Morgan posted in response.
Dozens of other conservative people posted similarly outraged responses. Apparently they still do exist in Victoria’s capital city.

As I look at it now, I can only assume that there will never be a Peace Treaty. If Hamas gave the hostages back, then it would be harder to justify the bombing. Same if they retreated.
