Colourful former West Australian senator, Rod Culleton has discovered banks and sheriffs have been using incorrect and unlawful procedures to kick property owners off their farms at the behest of banks.
He says police enforcers now understand they cannot force rightful owners as described on their title deeds from their land.

“We have managed to get two farmers whose properties were foreclosed on by banks, back onto their properties, one in Western Australia and one in Victoria,” Mr Culleton told Cairns News.
“The police are well aware and now won’t act on behalf of lenders throwing owners off their properties. “They now check the title deed and if the owner’s name is on it they won’t remove the farmer because it is a civil matter.”
Hundreds of dispossessed farmers across Australia who have become bank victims could now take action to reclaim their land provided the same legal process was used by sheriffs in WA and Victoria.

Wow the grovelling authorities have surprised me, I thought the sheriff only came in when hired after a judgement. In any case the government will get more tax if the banks stop lending to farmers, since farmers pay no tax usually buying another paddock first chance they get, they would rather pay interest to the banksters than pay income tax. What a tussle. Well things would be simpler if we were not gouged so much income tax. I propose a flat 10% income tax all the way up to $100k, and make the medicare levy optional, just go to the chemist if you want some pills, no need to see a doc. It works in Asia.
Good on Rod Culleton for doing something to roll these mongrel bastards back.
But there’s a key point here, folks, a CRITICAL fact that a few commenters have mentioned but which still hasn’t sunken in for most people. If you don’t already have PHYSICAL POSSESSION of your Land Title Deed, then it no longer exists because they DESTROYED it. The only link between your name and your property now resides on some greasy little fat-arsed beauracrat’s spreadsheet somewhere in a “government” rabbit-warren in some unknown location.
And a spreadsheet entry can be edited or DELETED with an unelected beauracrat’s arbitrary keystroke. And there’s not a damn thing in the world you can do about it.
And just ponder this, folks – they did this in LOCKSTEP with other countries around the world for a REASON, most definitely not for our benefit. And it’s already too late, folks, they’ve already DONE it, it can’t be UNDONE, they did it when none of us were watching and they did it without telling us. Surprise.

Possession is 9/10ths of the law, and under Royal Assent Law, you are a settler/squatter, you make some improvements qualifies you as the owner.
The various governments that claim to be over us have corporatised to various degrees at different times, stealing ownership of our property titles to borrow with, whilst at the same time they are being fully financed by the Reserve (privately owned) Bank of Australia that creates our money in digits for accounting, out of thin air, our government prints some of it for our currency at our expense, and charges our fake government for it’s capital value and interest on top.
The current Labour Government Corporation has replaced private property ownership with 99 years leases or something similar, so you won’t ever get your Title Deed if you do not already have it in your possession. Same goes for purchasing (leasing it will be called) your new investment properties, UNLESS YOU VOTE THESE CORRUPT UNIPARTY BASTARDS OUT OF GOVERNMENT FOREVER.
Great Britain is currently SACKING it’s Labour Government, and proceeding towards it’s permanent dissolution.

The police forces everywhere in Australia are just registered corporations, businesses for profit running in coordination with and under their bosses, the Australian Government Government Corporation, business for profit, and more especially as such since Gough Whitlam made Australia a corporation registered in the now bankrupted and defunct District of Columbia, Washington DC/US (not USA) City State now dissolved.
As such, these police entities are just fraud pretend officers of the unlawfully adopted ‘Admiralty Law’ system of Maritime Law of the Ancient British High Seas Shopping Companies that thought they were the British Empire.
These fake police are not police at all.
The so called Government is not the Commonwealth of Australia, the Australian Constitutional Monarchy, and there is no officialy lawfully installed Monarch since Queen Victoria, and so they have made NO LAWS SINCE FEDERATION.
