Palmer’s common sense policies could fix the massive, trillion-dollar debt problem in short time with a 15 per cent export duty on iron ore. He says it has been done before but weak politicians are the problem.

His Trumpet of Patriots Party would stand a candidate in every electorate and the senate making his party the alternative government.

There is no difference between the Labor and Liberal parties, the ‘uniparty ‘ which get their policies from the entrenched Canberra bureaucracy, which he said would be well-trimmed by his government.

Voters certainly could not be worse off by supporting Clive and his party. The uniparty is not capable of fixing the problems which they created.

“I don’t want a Labor or Liberal government, I want an Australian government,” the billionaire told Paul Murray.

15 thought on “Clive Palmer: “3.7 million Australian households go to bed hungry each night,” could be fixed by a duty on iron ore exports”
  1. People who are hungry in a first world nation, where freedom of movement is unrestricted, and is also not destroyed by war, – must ask themselves what they are doing wrong with their lives?

The last thing people in war-ravaged Ukraine complain about is being hungry.

    Are they female supermodels?

  2. That would be nice. How about stop giving away our natural gas and actually getting the buyers to pay for whatever it is they buy from us?

  3. THE WOKE POLITICIANS WANT TO BANKRUPT AUSTRALIA SO MAKING LIFE EASIER FOR PEOPLE IS NOT PART OF THIER AGENDA, IN ORDER TO MAKE THIS CHANGE, CHANGE THE GOVT.

  4. You could fix Australia’s debt, crime and housing problems overnight by just cutting welfare off tomorrow, sure crime would be out of control for a month or two, but after that every job vacancy would be filled, the university leftards would do more than 1 class a fortnight for 20 years in order to get a bed and live on handouts, the hospitals emergency rooms would empty out as people who are working and having a go tend not to get sick every 5 minutes for something to do, the standard of living would increase with everyone working, people would become more community minded with interaction with normal working and social environments, and the dodgy migration process with questionable countries would come to a HOLT meaning more homes at a less cost. Cheaper food, cheaper items and maybe Australia can start a factory or two making things again as everyone will need to work to live.

The government has purposely designed the problems to ensure there existence.

Cut welfare and Australia will be again the best bloody place on earth.

  5. Could be easily fixed by putting a duty on billionaire goblins.

billionaires are the proof that all so-called ‘charities’ are a straight-up fraud.

corporate greed is what’s stealing people’s money.

  6. Charity starts at home, they could stop senseless spending overseas and look after their own people first. I suspect a good look would expose similar tactics to what’s been happening under USAID.
