THE Australian National Socialists, commonly referred to by media and politicians as “neo-Nazis”, a “far right hate group” and other such pejoratives, are, as far as we know, an ultra-nationalist group that believes in maintaining Australia as a largely white European nation.
Once upon a time, the idea of maintaining a largely white European population was official Commonwealth Government policy – the so-called White Australia Policy.
This policy, under the Immigration Restriction Act of 1901, lasted until the late 1950s – more than half a century. Immigration restriction also existed before Federation.
Britannica informs us that the policy “effectively stopped all non-European immigration into the country and that contributed to the development of a racially insulated white society.” The Australian Labor Party strongly supported this policy.
Discrimination was removed from the citizenship application process by enactment of the Australian Citizenship Bill 1973, which was followed by passage of the Racial Discrimination Act 1975, reflecting the inroads of more “liberal” and New Left ideology into Australian politics.
But the New Left didn’t stop there. At state levels they pushed through new “anti-vilification” laws that made mere criticism of someone based on race or religion a punishable civil or criminal offence. Freedom to express political views was now seriously under attack, and still is, as South Australia’s cops demonstrated on the recent Australia Day.
The Australian National Socialist Network (NSN) apparently believes that the old white Australia policy is still a good idea. Good luck with that idea in this day and age where every nationality and ethnicity can be found in most western nations.
But if the National Socialists want to believe that idea and talk about it, isn’t that called expressing a political belief and exercising “political rights” as protected in Australian law?
Speaking outside court, Joel Davis, a National Socialist Network member, told the media he did not understand why the men had been held in custody since Sunday. “People commit violent offences and get granted bail on the same day — it’s ridiculous,” he said.
“I don’t believe they have broken the law — I think they will beat the charges in court.” He told the media that he believed the man charged with displaying a Nazi symbol had a tattoo of insignia on his arm.
And then Davis, outside the court, was suddenly asked for ID then accused by the cops of displaying a Nazi symbol. What symbol? he asked them. They ignored him and proceeded to charge him with two counts of displaying a Nazi symbol.
Even worse was the SA cops swooping in on the march and charging 16 of the National Socialists with loitering or “possessing a disguise”. The so-called disguises were sunglasses and black hats.
But the “legal” outrages continued. Their bail conditions forbade them from expressing any public “support for Nazi, neo-Nazi, Nationalist or racist ideology”. Perhaps the alleged enforcers of the law at SAPOL could have included “far right” or even “anti-globalist ideas”.
We now have to ask the question: Is displaying a poster promoting the White Australia Policy illegal in South Australia? The arrests were pure totalitarian political persecution of the type one would have seen in the East German Democratic Republic, the USSR, Maoist China and yes, even Nazi Germany.
Those arrested included Thomas Sewell, the leader of the NSN, who told SA Magistrate Luke Davis the police were telling “spurious lies” about him and indicated he would plead not guilty to the charges of loitering and displaying a Nazi symbol. Sewell refused to sign his bail conditions and as a result is being held in custody.
In addition to “possessing disguises” SA cops dredged up ridiculous charges of loitering, which the marchers clearly weren’t doing, unless standing in front of a monument with Australian flags or standing outside a court and talking to media constitutes that act.
It carries a maximum penalty of three months in prison, while the allegedly outrageous offence of displaying a Nazi symbol, holds a maximum sentence of 12 months in prison. The latter ridiculous statute needs to go to the High Court and given the appropriate boot.

A lot of people call (and are called) Nazis, fascists, communists, Marxists, racists, anti-semitic as smear words depending upon the caller’s orientation with the big three: sex, religion, politics.
It would be a good idea to make every effort to understand these words, their origins and meanings and use them in political discourse in a specific way.
Communists (by whatever popular front name they call themselves) are revolutionaries not reformists. If their policies conform to the Marxist plank 1847 and later additions by the Internationale – they are communists. For example the UN Charter incorporates every plank of the Communist Manifesto. QED They are a communist entity. UN member governments which legislate UN Agenda and dicta into the national laws are communist. The organisational base and finance of the Communist Revolution is the Judaic Supremacy and its Sovereign Money Power (which owns the Revolution and its international sistema) . This base is covert and communist mythology has it that the organisational base is popular front, democratic process and conciliar or committee organisation. And they will be practicing the four stages of revolutionary subversion against their political rivals and the organisational base of their political rivals.
Mussolini took the name fascist from the Roman symbol of power, magisterial authority and law: the symbol of the fasces. And every Western nation with an inheritance in Roman law and administration displays the fasces as a symbol of this inheritance regardless of its foundation. England, with its foundation in Westminster also displays the fasces, for example.
In the political fascism of the 20th century, fascism means that the organisational base – the folk (ethne) of a the nation are to be subordinate to the state embodied in the elected ruler or the general where a military or para-military has seized power. Whereas in patria or nationalism, the folk (ethne) which form the nation (usually related folk like Franks, Gauls) create the state. The state and its institutions will thus derive from the heritage of their laws and culture/s – not from principles, propositions, international interests, organisations and parties. This could be a monarchy with democratic institutions guaranteed by the monarchy like the Bretton Parliament (probably the most democratic institution in the history of the world) was guaranteed by the monarchy of France against the power of the Estates. The fasces can definitely be a symbol for this type of government.
In my understanding the Australian foundation in the 1901 derives from an inheritance of patria or nationalism. The 1901 Immigration Restriction Act was its fasces – a fasces based upon ethnic identity of the heritage and founding stock of the Australian state. Today under Marxist government, ‘diversity is our strength’ is our fasces.
The National Socialist Network (aka Neo Nazis) oppose the communist state are pointing out to us that this will never work as a fasces. They are correct. The only thing ‘diversity is our strength’ can do is strengthen the communist state by destroying the ethnic solidarity of the demographic majority – the Anglo-Celtic population who could return the Australian sovereignty to its foundations in Westminster jurisprudence from which the 1901 Constitution derives.
It looks like the NSN members were arrested for celebrating Australia Day at a public memorial, displaying a Nazi symbol [the Australian Flag and the identifying initials of their organisation], wearing a disguise [hat and sunglasses] .
They are Australia Day political prisoners of a corrupt Marxist regime that is guilty of genocidal crimes against the Australian people.

The lads probably have good intentions, but unfortunately, the positive concepts of National Socialism have been so utterly corrupted by anti-National-Socialist propaganda that its chances for social rehabilitation are currently zero.
Any Government demonstrating anti-NS behaviour makes it quite clear as to which political camp it belongs. As will any brief perusal of the German NS manifesto, Mein Kampf, and other period works, which make it patently obvious who these anti-National Socialists actually are.
Ironically, it was the ‘White Australians’ of mid-last century, who couldn’t wait to join the Army in their vain efforts to destroy the ethnocentric State policies of National-Socialist Germany.
Nonetheless, having won their laurels of victory against that equally ethnocentric European State, these very same Australian attackers and destroyers of Germany are now facing the very same destruction of their own formerly ethnocentric nation, – as are the other eager culprits.

I have heard quotes that the global population of ‘whites’ is down to 7% and even less than that of white women are able to reproduce. When your culture has no standing or legal recognition in its own land, as we have you go extinct pretty quickly.
