Legal fiction suggests it will be a sufficiently legal entity to eventually transfer “native title” land to any foreign interest that makes a suitable offer to it.
Together with the relevant sovereignty and independence which will attach to it by way of TREATY.

Typical woke tossers earning good coin whilst doing jackshit to support the nation they live in. They deserve to be booted out and let real true blue Aussies run the councils.
Daviddd2: the proposed treaties are between aboriginal corporations and the state governments that set those aboriginal corporations up and fund them. Thus, these organisations have given up any question of aboriginal sovereignty for what the real Blackfellas would call sit down money, though that money is doled out in large amounts.
It all amounts to a land grab by the governments via these fake aboriginal corporations, and all goes back to the UN imperatives these traitorous government corporations are in allegiance to.

These fakes Blackfellas seem a bit like the council CEO merry-go-round, who exit one council and turn up at another council somewhere down the track,as one local Geelong CEO did.
The problem with Australia Day for many of the treacherous fools doing their best to break up Australia is not the DATE but the fact that Australia has an Australia Day at all !
The TREATY negotiations being secretly undertaken at State level infer “sovereignty” for the negotiating parties. So some don’t recognise Australia and the grubbernments play ball with them!!!!!!
The Australian Constitution vests sovereignty in the “people of the Commonwealth” not the State grubberments.
But let’s all be nice and kind and generous to those treacherous elements working to break up our country with separatist politics and agitation. That’s what all the attacks on Australia Day are all about…. treacherous attacks on Australia, by separatists and bunches of treacherous state operatives!

It is all well being angry and fed up, and commenter Johanson is on the ball, but offering solutions is the go.
I would be suggesting having a look at the InPower movement, who are issuing seriously deadly Notices to politicians and Big Wigs all over the world.
The most recent scalp they are claiming is that of recently-resigned Victorian Treasurer, Tim Pallas, whom they issued serious Notices of Liability to.
Their method is much further advanced than what I did, though I was on the right track, and succeeded in that one.
I would suggest that if people are truly serious about achieving some real outcomes that they subscribe to InPower and have a look at the Law Merchant series of interviews their principal, Cal Washington, did.
Once he sussed out the game the courts play, he had judges running out of the courtroom.
