There is also a document they can download at the end of the article they can send to any organization threatening to invade their property. It is an agreement they must agree to, and the fee they must pay, before you allow them on your property.
And they should all have No Trespassing signs at their front and back gates, and one on their front door. If anyone… and I mean anyone…. enters your property without your authority, warn them three times verbally that they are trespassing, and then get their name and details to summon them to court to answer the charge of trespassing.
