JIM Lee, from South Carolina, USA, is one of the leading independent, non-government researchers on weather modification and atmospheric research technology, and last month assured his followers that contrary to popular opinion, there are only four HAARP ionospheric heaters on planet Earth.
“Just to recap, there are four, four ionospheric heaters in the world, not 33, not 144, there are only four ionospheric heaters in the entire planet that are designated as ionospheric heaters,” Lee said emphatically in a recent YouTube message around the update of his ClimateViewer3D website.
Lee said one of those HAARP facilities, the big Arecibo bowl in Puerto Rico, was damaged by a hurricane and is believed to be inoperative.
“But that doesn’t mean powerful radars can’t do other things,” Lee added. He went on to explain, as an example, missile defence radars such as the over-the-horizon radars in Christmas Valley, taking the opportunity for a cheeky dig at flat earthers by asking “Newsflash! Why would you need an over-the-horizon radar if the earth were flat? Because if the earth is flat, why do you need a horizon? Just curious.”
About a decade ago, Lee was also one of the leading voices trying to alert the world to what he believed were extensive weather modification operations related to aircraft contrail pollution (aka chemtrails) and HAARP (High frequency Active Auroral Research Project) operations.
Lee has recently toned down his messaging, given the vast amount of information he has researched around this topic, also called “geoengineering” – a somewhat inaccurate designation. Lee’s more recent research, posted on his several websites, should give people reason to rethink a lot of the fear and paranoia.
Lee is not denying that chemicals come out of jet engines, but 99% of the time they are what you would expect – carbon nanoparticles coated in graphene that attract moisture and turn to ice crystals in the form of lingering contrails and then cirrus cloud. The problem of contrails blocking sunlight goes right back to late 1950s California where the tourism city of Palm Springs sued the USAF over the issue.
Lee’s recent update covers a lot of ground, focusing initially on a phenomenally powerful EISCAT ionospheric heater at Tromso in Norway (10 million watts). It is supported by additional radar facilities in Sweden and Finland and its purpose is to study upper atmosphere weather.
Interestingly Lee notes that these facilities usually operate in conjunction with launching facilities for sounding rockets, which disperse trimethyl aluminium, barium and strontium in the upper atmosphere for the radar to track. “In other words, legitimate chemtrail science,” former HAARP director Dr Richard Fallen (now deceased) posted on Twitter, during a debate between Lee and a Fox News weather man.
Lee’s 3D graphics reveal hundreds of radar facilities across the globe that use literally shoot out millions and billions of watts into the atmosphere, but which, he says, are often misclassified.
Using his 3D ClimateViewer site, Lee zoomed in on Australia and the Exmouth ELF and VLF transmitter facility as one example. “It is not an ionospheric heater,” he said, zooming in again on an information sign at the site he noted it ran up to 2 million-watts operating at 19 kilohertz.
However Lee said later in the presentation that just because Exmouth was not an ionospheric heater did not mean it could not modify the ionosphere. He and Fallen were investigating this just before his death last December.
He notes that HAARP’s 3 million watts of power is insignificant when compared with radar “big dogs” like the phased-array radar at Eglin Air Force Base in Florida, which runs at 32 million watts. It is run by the 20th Space Control Squadron, aka the US Space Force.
Lee’s discourses tend to ramble a bit, but the picture he builds around the facts is far more complicated that the common social media refrains about “those jet chemtrails are poisoning us” or “we’re gettin’ fried by HAARP”, or “I saw a chemtrail … it’s going to rain tomorrow”.
A more immediate and real threat is that posed by contractors in helicopters dropping pesticides that are supposed to kill fire ants but are harming stock and domestic animals.
To Peter…… You are correct in all except your conclusion. Small local modifications can generate major weather effects.

Editor thanks for that, I’m sure he’s well qualified and his research is thorough. It’s fortunate to live on top of a mountain and see a myriad of aircraft crossing the sky each day. I know little about planes but can assure you, the vast majority of jets leave neither contrail nor chemtrail. On a regular day the sky is blue and all is well whatever is flying.
Then the chemtrails start. If every jet left a trail one could assume a change in the upper atmosphere or similar caused this phenomenon but that’s not the case at all. It’s only a few and as they criss-cross the sky with long white lines that slowly get wider, the hue of the sky adds grey.
A recent addition looks similar to the broken white lines you see on the road where it’s legal to overtake. Of course they’re much larger but after a short while they kind of explode and shoot out in all directions. This is the trail that morphs into Cirrus.
There’s also a ripple effect an untrained eye would assume caused by some form of radiation. Though occurring less frequent than chemtrails, the ripples run through the clouds in a distinct pattern and direction that may or may not effect the whole cloud.
So with all due respect to the author I’ll stay with what I see with my own eyes. When so many ‘experts’ of late are getting it wrong and the addition of ‘mis’ and ‘dis’ information to bullshit our own eyes are about all we have left.
Actually that’s not true, the long lines that get wider are still there and still do just that, it’s the broken lines that turn into cloud and make rain.
Something else I should add is a little over a year ago chemtrails stopped being a long white line that got wider as time passed. Now they’re more like a broken white line you see on roads where it’s legal to overtake but larger of course. After a short while they kind of explode and shoot out in all directions speeding up the widening dramatically.
Another observation is the occasional ripple effect in the clouds. To the untrained it looks like something radiation would achieve.

Unfortunately though, I live on top of a mountain not all that far from the NSW, Qld border and as you can imagine, I get to see a myriad of aircraft traveling in all directions every day. one thing I can tell you is most jets that fly over leave no trail at all and the weather is as you’d expect for this region. Then the chemtrails start. If every jet left them it would be fair to assume a change in the upper atmosphere or similar was the cause but that’s not the case. It’s not every jet and it’s got to the stage once they start, I can tell when it’s going to rain, how much rain there’ll be and for how long the rain will last simply by the density of the grey they add to the sky’s hue. So with all due respect to the author, I’ll stay with what I see with my own eyes.

Rebecca: Tony M responds: Jim Lee is absolutely not some random YouTube dude speaking off the top of his head. He has done the hard yards and knows his topic. Years ago he expressed a great deal of concern about chemtrails, HAARP and weather modification and has entire websites dedicated to the topics. However, his ongoing research has revealed to him that much of that alarm was unfounded. Today, however, social media posters continue to make wild claims about being “poisoned by chemtrails” without evidence. The ex-Qantas pilot Graham Hood made the point that the jets he flew had no secret nozzles or “spray-now” switches, except for fuel dumping in emergencies (a toxic chemtrail, for sure).
Even Dane Wigington of Geoengineering Watch confirmed that they had no evidence that passenger jets did weather modification. So spare yourself the anxiety. There are plenty of other issues to focus on.

I’d just suggest that whatever coupling occurs between Old Man Sol and the planets goes rather deeper than the “electromagnetic” paradigm.
And as for all the fuss over the fabulous HAARP projects, the question at the back of my mind is – what OTHER skulduggery is going on behind the scenes that we HAVEN’T got wind of (yet)?

I am. For a start chemtrails don’t come out of jet engines and when I was a kid contrails never once turned into cirrus cloud, they evaporated long before the plane crossed the horizon. Turning into cloud’s a relatively recent phenomenon going back less that a decade but it was on youtube so it must be right.

Since you asked… You don’t need a horizon. The “horizon” is merely the limitation of your visual capacity which converges vertically and horizontally over distance.
It has nothing to do with any Earth “curvature” as we are told and as a good telescope or a good laser can readily demonstrate for you.

Transmitters at these low VLF frequencies are very inefficient, and would require a massive power station just to power the transmitter, with roughly 30 to 50% efficiencies with Valve base transmitters, is there a 3 or 5 Megawatt power station next to the transmitter, to run it 24 hours a day..
I find reception of the four Indian transmitters 16.3KHz,17KHz, 18.2KHz, and 19.2KHz have a stronger signal to South East Queensland than North West Cape.
The big Arecibo bowl in Puerto Rico, used UHF through EHF, signals which pass through the ionosphere. and it has never been used at VLF or ELF frequencies.
Now things that do effect the Magnetosphere, ionosphere and the Global electric circuit and Telluric currents and in general everything on the planet including the weather, Is that big bright thing in the sky and it is all electromagnetic.
In fact the earth and the sun exchange energy, far more energy than the little squeak of power haarp emits. these exchanges of energy are called Flux transfer events and happen around every 8 minutes on average, it also happens with the sun and the other planets. and we also have coronal holes that generate massive amounts of solar wind, which can enhance earth quakes and Volcano activity.
Then there are the solar flares and or the CME’s (Coronal Mass ejections)
that impact the earth and other planets.
this does not include the massive amount of cosmic energy, Protons, neutrino’s and other energetic particles with energy levels from 1 GeV to 10e8 TeV, these are hitting the upper atmosphere .
The ramblings on HAARP with a minuscule amount of transmit power is just worthy of being put back into the compost heap.
