ALEX Jones’ media operation Infowars.com escaped shutdown at the direction of a US Federal bankruptcy court in Houston on June 14th after the judge learned that the court-appointed receiver Patrick McGill tried to hijack the company and lock Jones out of the building without a court order.
In Jones’ words the judge “flipped out over this” and ordered McGill to hand back control of the accounts to Jones while his appeal process continues. The judge repeatedly reminded McGill that Jones was still the owner of the property.
This gave Jones breathing space and could now drag the bankuptcy proceedings out for months. Jones says McGill was caught out attempting to run a coup against him and had illegally cancelled advertising contracts.
Jones will liquidate his assets as part of the settlement under the Chapter 7 rules and agreed to a new court-appointed trustee, which is now the owner of Infowars. Jones will continue to run Infowars as CEO for the time being.
Jones said that in the eight-hour hearing in Houston, the judge told the plaintiffs it appeared that they wanted Infowars shut down, but it was not his job to shut down media channels that had a First Amendment right to free speech.
Parents and relatives of Sandy Hook, school children and staff members allegedly killed in 2012 by Adam Lanza, have won defamation awards against Jones totalling an astounding $US1.5 billion. A self-proclaimed CIA operative was caught on video boasting to an undercover investigator that they and the FBI “nudged” the parents and families into the action to send Jones bankrupt and get him off the air.
Jones was under no illusions about the government coming after him and running show trials at which he was railroaded into guilty pleas, falsely accused of making certain statements and doing things he never did and denied the right to give evidence and call witnesses.
As reported by Reuters, the ruling will allow Jones to continue broadcasting on Infowars, while the families continue to pursue payment of the enormous defamation damages. Reuters also reported that the outcome “sharply divided the Sandy Hook families”.
“Families who sued Mr Jones in Texas favored Friday’s decision, which will keep Mr Jones on the air but allow them to potentially receive more in damages from the Infowars income. Families who sued Mr Jones in Connecticut favoured settling for less money and shutting Mr Jones down, although they acknowledged he would not be silenced entirely.”
In fact, as explained by Jones, the entire operation has been about shutting down Infowars. But the cabal of Democrat judges, prosecutors and lawyers (with CIA and FBI backing) didn’t count on Jones’ wealth only amounting to less than $5 million, meaning plaintiffs’ damages payouts would come to less than $250,000 each, not including substantial bankruptcy-related legal and administrative costs, which have to be paid first.
So, sadly for the Democrat/deep state cabal, Jones has not been shut down and was furiously at work over the weekend posting interviews with Tucker Carlson and Russell Brand, who Jones described as part of the “pro-human Team Humanity”. He is planning to go on the road with Carlson in September in a Trump-style series of national rallies.
The continuing actions by the plaintiffs, that are clearly being driven by the Democrat establishment, are far beyond fair compensation for defamation, but vicious and vindictive and designed to completely silence and enslave Jones, his family and associates in perpetual bankruptcy.
According to Reuters the Sandy Hook families intend to continue collection actions against Jones’ future income, and pursue additional payments from his wife, father, employees and other associates to whom Jones’ allegedly diverted assets.
Chris Mattei, an attorney for the Sandy Hook families is a former Assistant US Attorney for the District of Connecticut and was a federal prosecutor from 2007 to 2015. He says a Chapter 7 liquidation will enable the Sandy Hook families to enforce their judgments “now and into the future while also depriving Jones of the ability to inflict mass harm as he has done for some 25 years”.
Meanwhile the fight against the corrupt, Democrat controlled Washington bureaucracy reached a new peak with Attorney General Merrick Garland being found guilty by the Congress for contempt of Congress for refusing to testify by claiming immunity from prosecution. Garland will have to be prosecuted by his own department but whether this will happen is not guaranteed.
Steve Bannon, a leading US voice for freedom and ally and aide of Donald Trump, was held in contempt of Congress in 2021 for refusing to comply with a subpoena from the fraudulent House Jan. 6 committee and was convicted by a jury in 2022. Bannon must report to prison by July 1 to serve a four-month sentence.
In another vicious, politically-tainted action, Peter Navarro, Trump’s former trade adviser, was also convicted of contempt of Congress after defying the same Jan. 6 panel. He reported to prison in March to serve his four-month sentence.

Surely it would have been a simple process to prove that these children did exist as real children of these plaintiffs and that they have not been seen since that supposed day of tragedy. If the event did happen there should also be death certificates for all.
Jones is a liar. He claimed he had ‘Q’ in his home. Then a year or so later, in a fit of rage, he flat out denied having anything to do with it.

Where is your proof the world is a globe? You have none because the world is easily proven to not be a globe. I used to listen to Alex a lot, years ago, even have his book, The Great Reset. He is a disappointing gatekeeper, he spreads a lot of truth but he never ever points the finger at his mothers people for any of it! When he talks of God…God is the truth. Alex doesn’t tell it all. You have to find it yourself.
