Christchurch Mosque shooting – the indisputable facts

I just searched ‘Brenton Tarrant’ for the first time. Being from Christchurch New Zealand I always expected that the murders actually took place. Presently I am in a S E Asian country so I am not subject to NZ censorship.

The first website on the list, and presumably the one that receives the most hits was ” Gorecenter’. I clicked on it and it presented a 16 minute video. I steeled myself for some pretty horrific footage and hit play.

The first about 4 minutes was Tarrant driving along to some wacky music. He then parked his car and went to the back (boot of S/W) and took out a AR15 and a shogun. He then walked down the road and turned into the mosque. Entering he fired his shotgun 9 times. Some people fell.

Then he walked down a hallway and entered a room. It appeared the people were already in their ‘dead’ position.

I have seen some really badly made movies and TV shows in my time but this would have to be the worst attempt at a ‘realistic’ event ever. He was firing his AR15, an extremely powerful rifle that normally fires bullets out its barrel at over 3300 ft per second delivering massive energy. No bullet wounds, no impact response, the CGI was appalling, shells ejected but simply disappeared. No impact marks on the walls, and those walls are made of concrete, had a round hit a wall it would have ricocheted and fragmented, potentially wounding tarrant. All gunshots made a dull muted sound, not the typical ‘boom’ of a shotgun or loud ‘crack’ of a .223. I lost count of the rounds in the first clip he used, but it was way above the 30 of a usual clip and he did not change clips during that firing session. When he did change clips he was really hopeless at it.

It got worse. After leaving the mosque and driving down the road Tarrant took out a shotgun and pointed it at his front windscreen and fired. The sound was dull and nothing happened, the windscreen did not break nor did any shot eject. He fired several times at his windscreen with the same result.

Then, oddly, he turned the shotgun to his passenger window and fired, the window broke. The sound was dull. He then tried (pretended) to fire at a pedestrian but the gun was empty so nothing happened.

He was having a conversation with a person in the back of the car. The tints on his rear windows were illegal.

I always thought that he traveled to Linwood via Tuam St, the shortest route. I drove it a couple of days after and made the trip in time providing I got all the green lights. However when I watched him driving to Linwood I noticed that he was driving along Bealey Ave. He was taking the long way so it would have likely taken him longer than the 6 -7 minutes.

I now see why the NZ government didn’t want me to see the video. It’s a sick joke.

“Someone said way back the carpet in the video was different to the carpet in the mosque. I do not know what the carpet in the mosque looked like. If they were different the video may have been in another mosque. We just dont know.”
