FWIW around a tablespoon (or ~10 grams) per day, mixed into orange juice or whatever, seems to be an accepted protocol.
The stuff here in Australia is reputed to be super-clean, provided you’re careful about source (eg, not covertly imported from China or elsewhere). I’ve been getting it from OzDingo on eBay, and never had any problems with it at all.
Also FWIW, Mike Adams aka the Health Ranger put out a warning that Zeolite is contaminated with all sorts of heavy metals in one of his articles, but at the same time recommends it for detoxing in other articles and also fully supports Dr. Young’s “Masterpeace” product. Conflicting messages, to say the least.
One also has to be aware that Zeolites ain’t Zeolites. They are a whole category including thousands of varieties. Zeolite Clinoptilolite is about the ONLY one that’s considered completely safe for internal consumption.
IMO the stuff is just as safe as natural practioners claim, and there’s enough reputable doctors online who include Zeolite Clinoptilolite in their Corona Chan “vaccine” detox protocols, with the success statistics to back it up, to confirm that.

Meanwhile, micronised Zeolite Clinoptilolite is readily and cheaply available here in Australia, because some of the cleanest in the world is mined in Queensland.
To be fair, the nano-sized material has roughly 1,000 times the surface area of an equivalent mass of the micronised stuff. This means that, in principle, you only need about 1/1,000th as much of the “Masterpeace” Zeolite Clinoptilolite as the micronised material for an equivalent effect.
But “Masterpeace” is not cheap, and it’s an American product, on the other side of the planet. While micronised Zeolite Clinoptilolite is cheap by the 10kg bag, and it’s a local product available here in Australia.
