Right at the start of the clinical trial it was known that some vial brands would contain PEG (polyethelene glycol) a synthetic polymer claimed to be bio-compatible and bio-inert in nature.

PEG hydrogels also have a degree of elasticity to them.
I think this highly elastic, white product coming out of veins and arteries as noted by embalmers could well be this polymer.
