Notwithstanding your deep knowledge on these matters, I’d suggest a clarification re the so-called “courts”…
It’s not “corruption”, it’s “corporations”. They’re following their strategic game-plans to a “T”.
People have the wrong idea that it only the Labor Party acting as Communists. The Liberal Party is no better. In only four years people have forgotten that the Liberal Party has backed the Labor Party all the way during Covid. In fact it was the Liberal Party under Barnett in W.A. that legislated “Bio-Security Covid-19 Act (2015). Yes 2015. I have seen a newspaper headline with that statement.
Another area where the Liberal Party have been deviant is in the question of the Julian Assange saga.
This is great news and particularly that a case has been won in a South Australian Court. That employers are being scape-goated as the cause of injury must now open justification for those employer to sue politicians because those employers were under orders from the politicians to carry out the enforcement of the mandates. As there is indisputable evidence that nobody died of Covid-19 there was never a case for a Declaration of a National Emergency.

A large class action last year of 2500 people in SA sacked over the mandates hit a brick wall and was thrown out as the Judge used the legislation argument implying it was all legal and there was no case. The state is not interested in the victims of their unfair law and is of no use. Judge Dolphin was really a shark! People have lost their health, their homes and their livelihood, kind of unprecedented in the land of the ‘fair go’. The new norm?
Considering all the crisis actors used to push the covid agenda over the last 4 years we have to ask why the organisers didn’t pay for an extra and have that actor lie on a guerney instead of the dummy that was used.
Or perhaps there was a clever irony involved in staging such a performance in an operating theatre.
@Sam, the corruption in our courts is endemic… and they have created Rules of Court to protect themselves from any liability. We cannot haul a corrupt or criminal (same thing really) judge into a higher court before a jury. The Registrars will not let us do it. I know. I’ve tried many times. So, we are coming at it from two different directions now.
The first is to provide a petition for everyone to sign. As soon as you enter your details on the petition form and click on Submit the petition is sent to every Senator. Their Inboxes are starting to overflow with people who are demanding reform of our Judicial system.

The second is to go after the Registrars, which is what I am doing now. Someone has to be held accountable, and the Registrars are vulnerable, because they are not covered by the bullshit Rules of Court. I’ll be talking about this and posting more articles about it in the near future.
The corporate courts in the land of OZ will not do it.
They should all be sued in the USA because they are foreign corporate government Agents.
