From the AVN
AUSTRALIA’S national vaccine-safety watchdog, the Australian Vaccination-risks Network, Inc (AVN), has filed an appeal in the Full Federal Court, seeking to overturn what AVN believes to be an erroneous decision by judge Melissa Perry, in denying both the organisation and their co-applicant, Mr Mark Neugebauer, legal Standing.
Since February of this year, the AVN has been pursuing a judicial review of the Federal Government’s decision to extend the use of these unapproved genetic modification injections to 5-11 year old children.
AVN’s senior counsel and co-counsel are part of an extremely experienced legal team and believe grave errors have been made in the approvals process for 5-11 year olds, leading to the deaths of at least five children and significant injuries to thousands more.
“In addition, we have filed a claim for Mandamus, asking the Court to order the Secretary of the Department of Health, Brendan Murphy, to do his duty to protect the lives and health of the Australian population, and properly consider cancelling or suspending the Covid-19 injectables. These novel gene therapies have proved to be not only completely ineffective but also deadly and dangerous,” AVN staff stated.
The legal team has gathered evidence from some of the most esteemed medical and scientific experts in the world and data comes directly from Australian Government statistics. “We are ready and have been ready for some time to present this devastating information to the court. But the Government’s approach is to avoid at all costs our evidence being laid squarely before the Court, which has led to enormous delay and cost increases,” said AVN founder and legal liaison Meryl Dorey.
“In our original case management hearings, Her Honour acknowledged the urgency of our case. When Novak Djokovic rightly fought against his exclusion from the Australian Open, he was in court within 48 hours. The stakes in our case are far, far higher, and we think the Court will agree.
“Our community has supported this action the entire way both financially and morally. It is their wish that the AVN continues to pursue justice, and their belief that the Full Bench of the Federal Court will finally be the place where Australians can be heard and their grievances addressed.”
The timeline of AVN’s actions at this point in the case are as follows:
June 20: AVN receives the costs decision from Her Honour in respect of the March 23 hearing on standing – AVN’s primary submission was that this case represents matters of serious public interest, and therefore the AVN should not have to pay the legal costs of the Secretary of Health, a government bureaucrat. This submission was rejected resulting in an adverse costs order against the AVN.
June 21:AVN files its appeal with the Federal Court.
June 22: AVN’s appeal is accepted by the court and a sealed copy of the same received.
June 23: AVN submits a letter to the Court requesting an urgent hearing for an appeal.
“While innocent children and adults continue to be misled about the safety, efficacy and necessity of becoming guinea pigs in what Minister Hunt called the world’s largest clinical trial, leading to permanent injuries and deaths, we will continue to fight to protect them,” Ms Dorey concluded.
roland13021954 – I agree with you and I agree with tonyryan43.
Yes there are many who need to be held to account and the media does have a lot of control over government and the people.
We have no hope of fixing this mess unless the people (us) get together, not just at protests, but 24/7 in local communities.
‘So either surrender and die now or a little later, or fight for your life and that of your children’ tonyryan43.
We would have a good chance of fighting for the children if we did so from communities acting in a lawful manner – there would be little to no chance of positive results if fighting as angry individuals.
We already have many suitable community groups spread thinly around Australia, e.g. common law assemblies and similar minded groups of Australians.
There needs to be thousands of groups in every city, town and village that would involve the majority of the people.
The people of Australia (and the World) will have to save themselves, we may receive some assistance, but only if we get off our rear ends and put in the required effort.
Until there is a definite mass push to form the required community groups, we are whistling (p……) into the wind. I believe that it is very fast approaching the time when any effective push back will be too little, too late.
Waiting for the sheeple / normies to wake the hell up is the hardest and really sad part of this terrible mess..
I have not given up the fight, never will.

Hi tonyryan43. Thanks for your (as always) well said comment.
I am a realist, I believe that the Australian people will have to form local community groups and elect their own non-party reps and leaders, to have any chance of taking back Australia.
Any other ideas are pure fantasy – all talk little action / no positive results.
The protests were a very good start, well done all of those who attended, The protests were community activity. That type of activity can be carried out in every city and town in Australia.
It is not revolution. it is not violence, it is not anarchy, not direct confrontation.
It would not take years, it could be achieved in months. We already have the alternate and social media for communications.
Worth a try?

Teachers, nurses, etc., now allowed back again is utter PATHETIC.
Everyone going back is just as guily as Austrslias rulers and pussies who sucked up.
Nothing has changed the STANDING facts and, as said, the one who wull go back are just humanity’s enemy as the other.
Shame on every one of them.
Never was, never will be an excuse to justify their wrong doings.

Well-reported, Alison. Much appreciated.
Where does this leave the rest of Australia? Is WA to become the last bastion of WEF colonialism? Will visitors to WA be detained at the border by jackbooted police-militia and searched for contraband Ivermectin or HCQ?
Will age pensioners who refused the jab have their pensions cancelled in September, as threatened by Scott Morrison?

Unvaccinated teachers to be welcomed back to schools as mandate ends in Victoria!
Six days ago The Age reported “Unvaccinated teachers, school staff and childcare workers will be free to return to work from next week, just two months after hundreds were officially terminated over their refusal to be inoculated against COVID-19.”
“The vaccine mandate that requires all education staff to have had three doses will expire at midnight on Friday and school leaders have been briefed on what they need to do to redeploy unvaccinated staff, as well as how to respond to any objections by parents.”
“The vaccine mandate will end in all mainstream schools, but will remain in force in specialist schools. Staff who had two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine but declined a third shot had been placed on leave without pay. This change means they can now return to work at their last school. Hundreds of staff who refused to have a single dose of the vaccine were officially sacked in April this year. Those teachers have no right of return to their old school, but will be free to apply for a job there or at another school.”
“In all, 351 unvaccinated government school staff were terminated in April after six months’ leave without pay, and 280 staff are absent without leave for failing to get a third dose.”
“The department has briefed principals on the implications of the change to pandemic orders.”
“Deputy secretary David Howes said that “staff in mainstream schools will no longer be required to meet vaccination requirements to attend work”.
“Employment lawyer Paul O’Halloran, partner at Colin Biggers & Paisley, said some non-government schools could choose to enforce their own mandates, but that they would need to be lawful and reasonable to avoid being challenged.”
“Some of the people were great teachers, they just had a philosophical or religious objection … and the school had no choice but to terminate their employment and in some cases they were really anguished decisions to be made, and they could be re-employed, O’Halloran said.”
“Parents Victoria executive officer Gail McHardy said the end of the mandate would be welcomed by school leaders struggling with workforce shortages and parents just thankful that their children can learn onsite.”
“Schools have always been the meat in the sandwich in complying with the directions of the Chief Health Officer via their employer and meeting community expectations to keep schools operating, she said.”

Looks like they are all in it together, watching each other’s backs… How do they sleep at night? It will take just one good person, one honest judge, to do the right thing… does such a person even exist? May they all burn in the hottest hell for a thousand eternities. Ron… You still don’t get it. The media controls the government in Australia, and the media supports Big Pharma. The media supports the WEF. The media supports lockdowns, mandates, masks, and police violence. The media opposes open discussion and ivermectin. Most of all, the media is implacably opposed to democracy.
So either surrender and die now or a little later, or fight for your life and that of your children. If there is any middle ground I would very much like to hear about it. I tried the only middle ground in evidence, which was the launching of a comprehensive legal challenge against the Chief Medical Officer. It was ignored, even though the world’s top lawyer, Reiner Fuellmich supports every legal point I raised.
The only conclusion available is that government does not care about the rule of law, or the health of the people, and is now prepared to kill small children and babies.
You can stand by if you wish.

Why not let the people see both sides of the story – then the people can make an informed decision and where necessary, give informed consent.
The Governments have nothing to worry about, if they give out honest and true information that has been tested and proven to be correct, and freely allow open discussion and information from interested individuals, groups and forums – no worries, all fair and honest, just like good Government would / should demand.
Let the people decide, isn’t that what the politicians are there for, to carry out the mandates, of the majority of those who voted them in – to represent us?
Just asking.
