Australian debt clock

Click the counter to see current debt

You could wrap $1 bills around the Earth 1,611 times with the debt amount!

If you lay $1 bills on top of each other they would make a pile 45,204 km, or 28,089 miles high!

That’s equivalent to 0.12 trips to the Moon!

  1. This article is ridiculous. Did nobody smell a rat when it told you to use dollar bills?
Australian government debt is a bit over $360bn – a large number, but what is claimed here is 16 times that big. Use your common sense, people and don’t accept every stupid, fear mongering, rat bag claim you read on the Internet.
