CAIRNS News reader Bill Francis has pointed out the shocking hypocrisy and lies behind WA Labor’s sudden and permanent ban on netting of dermersal fish species.
Another reader who goes by the assumed name of Joe Bogan, believes there is some sort of kickback involved for Premier Roger Cook and his Labor Party cronies.
Francis says it “never fails to amaze me that Western Australia, with a coastline of 12,900 km and a population of 3 million has so many problems with fishing stocks that they require restrictions and prohibitions.”
Meanwhile Vietnam, with a coastline of 3200km and a population of 100 million has a thriving fishing industry, even exporting to Australia at a lower price than the local product, he says.
The ABC, who did not report the ban until early New Year’s Day when half the nation was asleep, gave the story the deadpan heading “Permanent commercial demersal fishing ban begins for large part of WA”.
But the facts, however blandly presented, revealeded the sheer barstardry of the decision, cloaked in alleged “care for the environment” to “recover at-risk species like dhufish and pink snapper”.
The ABC could not hide the fact that the decision suddenly cut the income of families like the Soulos’s, who had been fishing those waters for the past half century. Nick Soulos had also spent in excess of $150,000 on refits for his boat in November before the ban was announced.
The ABC reported that three men were charged after shark heads and fish remains were dumped outside WA Fisheries Minister Jackie Jarvis’s office in Margaret River on Monday in protest of the approaching ban.
It may have been a stark reminder to Ms Jarvis that people actually earn a living by catching fish from the sea.
Jarvis is also Minister for Agriculture and Food; Forestry and Small Business, so we would not be surprised if other resource-based industries are put on WA Labor’s Agenda 2030 chopping block.
“Obviously, somebody is lying.” says Francis. “Why? Money, and maybe extortion/coercion, sourced from overseas. The aim, as already stated, is the destruction of WA and the rest of Australia.
“The current premier, Roger Cook, was part of the Covid gang that got away with millions and left a trail of death and destruction. It looks like his paymaster still considers him a useful asset.”
Francis sees all of the world’s governments under satanic control “not directly, but by the power of suggestion and manipulation of human desires, the greatest of which are power, money and control.”
“Power attracts money, and money buys power. Without money there is no power. The person who is able to remove both wealth and power is our Creator, and it is to Him we should be looking and asking for help in getting rid of all these anti-Australian stooges. There is no salvation in earthly politicians.”
“Joe Bogan” meanwhile, says he would be looking for the kickback that made it all happen, and he’s probably right.
“I expect the Chinese boats will be skimming along the side of the reserve and saying ‘This is part of China’ before long.”
Bogan notes that Andrew Charlton, the WEF attendee, MP for Paramatta, Cabinet Secretary and Assistant Minister for Science, Technology and the Digital Economy, earned “about $100m” as a result of selling his advisory business to Accenture, which feeds off government contracts. The Financial Review put the deal at $35 million.
“Andrew is not just a Young Global Leader, he is a young rising star and no doubt thinks of his worth in billions not millions.
“The deal these days with ALP is you get a law degree then schmooze your way to becoming Captain Fantastic, like KRudd taking over the Commonwealth Employment Service and netting his wife $200m and now selling us out via his mates in the UN which he is desperately crawling to.
“The ALP is full of these crawlers that are only good for career crawling. They’ll go up any dark smelly hole if they think it’s full of paydirt for them …”
Bogan says the WEF’s guru Yuval Harari has told us that with technocracy we won’t need to vote anymore and the machines will do it for us.
“In the very near future the fishing families can go to their cubicles and sit there watching the screen and eating ze bugs. Don’t worry, from compassion, they will be sterilised.”
The WA government has reportedly allocated $20 million to buy back fishing licences. They claim “the reforms” were “based on scientific assessments that were independently reviewed and followed extensive consultation”.
Albany’s two bait wholesalers and distributors, who supply both recreational and commercial fishermen, are expecting to take a major financial hit from Labor’s ban.
“We think about between 30 and 50 per cent will be the drop in bait sales,” one wholesaler told the ABC. “A lot of that will be imported products and the [local] sardines we do.”

Interesting…I’m not saying I’m a conspiracy theorist but the St Vincent Gulf in SA has been infected with a toxic algae killing millions of marine life…unknown cause (but its definitely not the Desal pant that was ramped up last summer!!)… They are already planning to ban all commercial fishing once it has cleared to allow for restocking.
What probably needs to happen with all these corporate fake governments is that they need to be held to account commercially. If you look up any government department you will invariably find that that department is operating under an ABN, which means that it is a business. Please have a look yourself, to confirm my claim.
This being the case-and if Joe Bogan is correct about a sling going to the WA Premier, then all sorts of charges could be brought against the WA government, as in:
Unconscionable Conduct;
-restraint of trade, under Australia’s consumer laws, as in-and this is applicable to any commercial outfit, including government, and includes restraint of trade and denial of service (a local council specialty):
https://www.mondaq.com/australia/consumer-trading-unfair-trading/394804/councils-can-be-found-guilty-of-misleading-or-deceptive-conduct
The above, especially in regard to bogus claims of threats to the WA fisheries, given that fact stated in the article that Vietnam has a thriving fishing industry despite our WA coastline dwarfing theirs!;
-Misuse of Office, which is a criminal offense applicable to politicians;
-the necessity for compensation for loss of income for those fisheries people, and the requirement that the WA government transition peopel out of that industry so that they suffer no loss due to that (disgraceful) fisheries policy;-governments are required, by the Constitutional contract, to act in the best interests of their constituents, as well as-and this is their primary Constitutional obligation: to protect life and property, one’s business being one’s property, and in the case of the Soulos operation, a business that can be handed down from generation to generation.
An example of Victorian government compensation that I sent the Endeavour Foods fellow, John Sharland, a couple of days ago (and it is not the only one) and serves, I think, as a legal precedent:

Let’s see how this all pans out then.
If you look at the warning on Aldi brand prawns you will see that it is recommended that you not use those prawns as bait. I was told this by a local bloke nearly a year ago, who said that the prawns a sourced from Vietnam, and that they contain a bug that can poison our fish stocks-but are okay for us to eat, as one lady I pointed the warning out to, at my local Aldi store said. I contacted the federal environment Minister’s office about it some time later, to no reply from them, which means the feds are unconcerned, though that attitude is badly misplaced, if that is their actual attitude. Must try again, I think. And,as a warning on other Vietnamese fish: the Basa is sourced from Vietnam, and is largely grown in the Mekong River, which is allegedly full of human excrement. Therefore, if you are eating Basa fillets, you are eating Shit Fish, it would seem. I hope not, but this is what I did hear some years ago. Perhaps our federal environment people, or some other qualified source, can illuminate us on the actual facts?

Food Production is Causing “Global Warming”, “Farms Must Shut Down”: 13 Nations Sign Agreement to Engineer Global Famine by Destroying Food Supply.
The World Economic Forum WEF agreement sets targets for how much farmland each nation must eliminate in order to comply.
Under the guise of reducing “methane emissions,” thirteen nations have signed the pledge to engineer global famine by gutting agricultural production and shutting down farms.

Joe Bogan says:
From memory, $35m was a minimum known figure from about 10 years ago, invested in property.
So it was rounded up to $100m in today’s money.
These Governments do not work for Christ or Jesus nor for the benefit of the population. They are selfish people on a mega power trip that may well lead many of them into great darkness. They are openly destroying lives and yes this fishing ban is an act of great travesty causing severe pain and mayhem for families and the people of this country because in reality YES they are actively seeking to reduce the good available food for people by collapsing the food industry. Follow the money. Many people appear to be liaring outright and smirking behind our backs. As a Premier, Cook’s official rating for between one & ten comes in at at minus 356 million in my eyes and no doubt many folks will agree with this rating = he is a complete disaster. How can someone be so naive as to wantonly abuse their position of power which was granted to them on the condition that they nurture the whole State & build WA into a vibrant community. Shame on him most of the WA politicians.
