The incorporation of aboriginal organisations is a deliberate act designed to control aboriginal outcomes, and represents a surrendering of sovereignty by these unelected aboriginal organisations, which are effectively owned and operated by the governments, because the AbCorps would not get a cent in government funding if they had not incorporated.

As obvious_bob states, these claimants are running a scam.
The right to ownership is vested in the Creator of the land, and unless the quasi claimants can show a provenance of that right vested to them and them exclusively, then their claim is moot and unfounded.
If they were honest (and there are those who are but you don’t hear from them) they would confess that the right they have is the ‘right to use’, which makes the relationship they have to the land one of a trust.
And which party are they in that trust?
They are not the beneficiary because that party is the true owner, nor are they the grantor.
Then they must be some type of trustee, where they have duties to the beneficiary and the right to use.
Any limp claim of the right to use is made inconsequential because their use merely amounted to some fire and occasional occupation, whereas other trustees got to and created amongst other things the MCG.
