THE organisers of the August 31st March for Australia have added a number of regional venues as well as specific locations and times.
However the Sydney march may be overshadowed by the corporate-sponsored TCS Sydney Marathon which is expecting a record 35,000 participants. The course starts in North Sydney at 6.30am, crosses the Sydney Harbour Bridge, and finishes at the Sydney Opera House around 3.15pm.
Organisers, who are remaining very “low profile” i.e. almost invisible, have announced that Belmore Park, (in front of Central Station) will be the rallying point in the city.
Promotion of the rally details has been sparse, with few details being released except some email contact addresses on the March for Australia Facebook page. However Cairns News was sent a list of venues by someone who apparently represented the organisers.
One Facebook page, Support Australian Owned, posted the same list of locations as given to Cairns News, and was flooded with inquiries from across the country.
Cairns News has also not seen any promotion of a proposed alternative march in September, apparently involving Brisbane-based Tristan “Triccy” Van Rye, who was prominent in the anti-Covid lockdown marches.

To zzz3856 – Police had offered an alternate route to organisers, which would start at Queens Gardens in the CBD, before crossing the Victoria Bridge and ending at a park in South Brisbane.
Last time they were having Covid rallies in the Perth Supreme Court gardens the authorities put up fencing and said they had to do the grass. ( The biggest rally was very successful, held on paved surfaces, with negligible cops and apparently no M$M journalists. ) The grass looked fine from outside, it’s pretty tough grass, it can handle “Diwali” and other such regular commercial events always authorised by the authorities for their business partners.
The total absence of journalists is a phenomenon in itself. The main anti-Covid march in Melbourne was absolutely huge, I watched the citizen journalist video right through. I think Collins St was packed end-to-end and the crowd wrapped around and up half the length of Bourke St., these are not narrow streets like other Australian cities, these are wide enough for double tram lines and huge footpaths as well as car lanes. Without calculating I am guessing the crowd would have easily filled Sydney Harbour Bridge about ten times over. The point being it did not make it to the TV news. So we are left in no doubt about the black hearts and evil intents of the M$M in this country.
We are so grateful to all the wonderful people who have stood up for our Freedoms.
Everyone must put aside any and all differences and stand United and reclaim All our Freedoms Rights and Choices as we are headed fast for Global Totalitarianism; and standing United is the only way.
I wouldn’t bother with Tricci any more mate. He let his ego get the better of him, annoyed because someone else is organizing a much bigger event than he ever has, and then stupidly advising everyone not to join the August 31 rally. He’s always been this way. Only ever allows his mates to speak at his rallies. Never allows anyone from other groups to speak unless we strongarmed him to agree. And even then, while I was speaking he started packing up the stage around me! The height of ignorant rudeness.

Wonder if they will ban this march too. A magistrate just said no to Sunday 24th march over the Story Bridge here in Brisbane and police would not allow an alternative route. They said that no one is to march at all now or be subject to arrest.
The decision just came on the news today so obviously the organisers of the March for Palestine will not have time to take it to the Supreme Court.
Organisers said they will still meet in the park here in Brisbane, but police will no doubt surround it and not allow anyone to leave it.
