CAIRNS News has received a response from a former EPA engineer to our article on claims circulating around the internet about the so-called “death fog”.
The engineer, Lex Stewart, who we should add has been active in the political arena as an adviser and is now Australia’s leading voice on voting fraud, confirms our suspicions that the “death fog” claims are pure bunk, fear porn and click bait.
“As a person trained in the laws of physics and chemistry, I have a lot of problems with some of the claims being made by various alarmists, be they leftwingers asserting problems with the Great Barrier Reef corals due to farmers using fertilisers hundreds of kilometres inland, or by others making all sorts of claims,” Stewart writes.
“All animals, plants, organisms including human beings respond to stresses or nutrients or drugs etc in various ways, according to a “Dose-Response” relationship, that can be assessed by scientific testing and experiments on rabbits or mice or even humans..
“If you have a headache, then look at the Panadol packet and it states to consume one or two tablets every 4 hours. If you consume one-hundredth of a Panadol, you ain’t going to dent that headache! A small dose is trivial and of no consequence.”
In 1977 Stewart was the Air Pollution Control Engineer for half of Sydney and then went on to be put in charge of waste disposal for the whole of NSW, which covered water pollution, air pollution, noise and other issues.
Part of his work was to assess how high a chimney should be put on top of a boiler – part of a factory application or hospital incinerator etc. Applicants would specify the type of fuel (coal or oil or gas etc), and the combustion rate etc.
Stewart says the engineers would work out the types of pollutant that would be emitted from the chimney and at what concentrations. “In workplaces and public places we want to keep the concentrations of various pollutants (including dust) down to levels determined scientifically to represent no harm,” he says.
“It used to be many years ago that I remember that the TLV (threshold limit value) for sulfur dioxide used to be 5 parts per million for an eight-hour working shift exposure. It was subsequently revised to be lower than 5ppm to allow more margin for conservatism.
“And therefore the height of for example the chimney at the Mt Isa copper mine’s smelter (885 feet) was set to allow enough height and wind dilution so that by the time the chimney gases get down to the ground then the concentration of Sulfur Dioxide under the worst possible weather conditions would still be OK i.e. less than 5ppm.
“And so I have a problem of a claim of a “death fog” affecting anybody, let alone millions or billions of people. I am familiar with the toxicity of many chemicals, and there simply does not exist anything like this so called “death fog”. The issue is a hype, a beat-up.”
Stewart is also highly sceptical of the “chemtrail” claims rampant on social media. Cairns News has previously alerted readers to the work of weather technology researcher Jim Lee, a former “chemtrail” alarmist whose own research led him to moderate his position.
Stewart says a problem with claims about chemtrails or death fogs is the huge amount of chemical tonnages required in order to have any toxic effect on humans or agriculture at ground level.
He says you would need to spray millions of tonnes of the aluminium or barium they are claimed to contain, due to the dilution from above 30,000 feet down to us at ground level.
Stewart is aware, however, that some people want to bring about subtle atmospheric effects on sunlight with powders, aiming to cause some climate change, “but once again, you would need to inject vast tonnages into the upper atmosphere in order to have any measurable effect”.
“A far worse source of pollution impacting humans than any form of air pollution is coming from being injected into one’s arm or veins by vaccines,” he added.
Jim Lee’s interview with health journalist Del Bigtree reveals much of his historical research on the contrail phenomenon which was first noticed in the skies over England during the Battle of Britain. In the late 1990s someone conflated common jet contrails with the military’s use of various cloud seeding technologies.
The frequent, but false claim, was that contrails don’t linger in the atmosphere but “chemtrails do”. Lee has shown that certain atmospheric conditions that can be tracked, produce lingering contrails. These areas are sometimes avoided by military aircraft to avoid detection by leaving contrails.
Lee says the real problem with contrails is that when concentrated in the right atmospheric conditions they create increased cloud cover and can block out the sun, which was a subject of an unsuccessful lawsuit in the late 1950s by the Palm Springs municipality against the US Air Force.

Joe Bogan: What you’re saying is not news to us. Airborne weather modification operations go back 1946 at least in the US. And yes we know about HAARP and all the other scary stuff. But to conflate it all with everyday jet contrails from the 40 million or so annual jet flights worldwide really is paranoia.

1. The Fullerton California video shows what occasionally happens in areas with heavy air traffic, like LA. In fact it happened frequently in the late 1950s over Palm Springs, prompting a lawsuit by the city. Yes, you could call it pollution. Fixing pollution is a technical issue.
2. Geoengineering Watch. It may well be that US military did experiments involving chemical spraying for weather modification, but Geoengineering Watch itself says passenger jets don’t do weather modification and passenger jets are by far the most frequent users of the skies. The issue, as our ex-EPA guy says, is how safe are certain emission chemicals in certain concentrations. Jim Lee says JP8 jet fuels changed emission characteristics and yes they do contain increased levels of certain metals and they appear to have increased contrail production.
I think some of those scientists are being a little paranoid themselves in relation to “breathing in aluminum”. As mentioned by our ex EPA guy, vaccine contents are a much more immediate and concentrated threat.

I have to agree with daviddd2. The planes I have seen emitting white trails, which stay airborne for 15 minutes or more, are flying well below 30,000ft. Not only that, the trail is often intermittent, i.e. it is turned on and off during the flight. Please don’t try to convince me that atmospheric conditions change so rapidly over short distances. Furthermore, these planes are not commercial flights. They do not show up on Flight Tracker, even as you watch them flying over. And, commercial flights in the same area do not produce such trails. Maybe, more tellingly, the chemtrail flights over Perth appear to originate from the RAAF base at Bullsbrook. Could that be why politicians are so coy, or even in denial?

There is also a thing known as cumulative effect, whereas small “harmless”(diluted) doses by themselves are harmless but repeated exposure undilutes by multiplication, becoming a larger aggregate.

I’d like to add my 2 cents worth regarding ‘contrails’ v’s ‘chemtrails’… For anyone who is unsure, I can say categorically that what are commonly referred to as ‘chemtrails’ are absolutely not what are commonly referred to as ‘contrails’. I have witnessed and photographed both over the years, both in various locations in Australia and other countries.
I can’t say what ‘chemtrails’ are, or get my head around the scale of the operation required to lay out the patterns in diverse locations… but they are not classical ‘contrails’.
Fwiw, I’m not trying to get up anyone’s nose… just stating facts as an ex-military aeronautical engineer.
The Chem Trail Planes flying over Sydney are well below 30,000 feet. Usually flying between 9am and 3pm. No announcements by any Corpo Gov officials that this is occuring. White chems come out of the Wings, then form circular clouds, which expand and drift down towards you.. So why is Chem Trails created. What is the Reason. No one in power, No Australian Politician wants to answer that question. Is it the same reasons they, industrial waste our drinking water. (Flouride). Make the question a Political Question for upcoming Federal Selection. Something nefarious is occuring, maybe Pollies can’t tell us because they ALL swear a Secret Oath not to.

I’ve experienced plenty of sea mist, smog, fog and vapour trails, but only once seen a never ending trail of white fluffy stuff spewing from a non – commercial jet flying lower than commercial jets in that area.
Early Sept. 2023, there wasn’t a cloud and I was driving home after picking up my niece from the funeral home (wanted to dress her Nan and say goodbye before the funeral) and in her typical manor, she said what the f is that!!!
At the wake it was her talking point after she had one too many.

How is this relevant?
That Bill Gates calls the shots on what should and should not go forward is nothing new. Surprising is that he was willing to finance such a study in the first place. Why?
The honest results of the research would have shown the outright “climate change” fraud humanity has been exposed to for more than three decades.
The study’s outcome would have gone in the complete opposite direction of the current western globalist plan, the World Economic Forum’s (WEF) Great Reset and the UN Agenda 2030, One World Order, One World Government. Their success being largely based on the ”climate” lie.
Geoengineering serves two purposes, falsely demonstrating the Green Agenda’s fake CO2 emissions-based climate change, and – of equal importance – making weather and climate to Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD).

I don’t know about the possible damage of this fog/ mist episode but I do know that deliberate chem-trails are released from high flying planes. There is a definite difference between a chem-trail and a jet’s contrail. I have numerous photographs of chem-trails released over my local area and even one released while I was travelling Tasmania.
Why are ANY chem-trails being released? Especially if as stated by our writer the tonnage of chemicals released required to be of any use would be quite large. It should be investigated about who the Company is that is flying any plane that leaves a ‘trail’, and a look inside at their controls.
Are they for agricultural purposes (at such heights it is unlikely) or for what other purpose?
I ‘heard’ that some of the older, larger planes have been refitted for purpose and not as a people carrier.
At the moment it remains conjecture, but no one is actually truly investigating.
If they have, since 2020, then they need to present their evidence without journalistic bias.

The Bhopal Gas Tragedy 1984 took place on December 2nd, 1984 where around 40 tons of MIC gas leaked into the atmosphere over several hours. People woke up coughing, choking, and experiencing severe burns and irritation in their eyes and lungs.
In just a few hours hundreds of people died, many people tried to cross the border of Bhopal. This incidence left people with many health diseases, respiratory issues, maladies and blindness resulting from exposure to toxic gas. My first thought on reading about chemtrails years ago was that it was a rather ridiculous theory.Scientists cannot control which way the wind blows…it could change suddenly and go where it was not meant to go..it could harm the families of those who were actually putting it up there.
Since then, I have kept an open mind….anything can happen these days ….the crims in charge don’t care about human life.

A sensible article, – and a literary breath of fresh air!
All toxins are rendered useless via sufficient dilution.
Such a lot of pushback these days. Won’t ever forget the failure of the EPA to address the destruction of a large lowland floodplain wetland by a council who failed (or deliberately) killed many many ancient trees & other vegetation through sewerage water disposal & failing to clear drains. Late 1990’s. Got the measure of the EPA a long time ago.
Then why governments don’t talk about it openly. Quite opposite:deny it.
