PRESIDENT Trump has signed an executive order to declassify all remaining federal records concerning the assassinations of John F. Kennedy, Robert F. Kennedy, and Martin Luther King Jr has already produced some intriguing information about JFK’s alleged assassin.
One posting on X claimed newly unclassified sections of letters dated 1960 from the JFK assassination investigation appear to indicate Oswald was framed and that he knew the attacker by both name and alias. However the alleged letter in question turned out to be a faked version of one already in the US National Archives.
This order, which was announced last Thursday, aims to address long-standing public interest in uncovering more details about these pivotal historical events.
So some big questions of history are about to be confirmed or denied by official records on three highly suspect assassinations in US history – each involving a supposed lone-nut gunman.
But non-mainstream historians and others dispute the official stories in each case. President John F. Kennedy was assassinated in Dallas, Texas in 1963, in Dealey Plaza, officially by Lee Harvey Oswald.
Robert F. Kennedy (former US Senator and US Attorney General) was assassinated in a hotel kitchen in Los Angeles in 1968 by Sirhan Sirhan and Martin Luther King was assassinated while standing on the balcony of a Memphis motel in 1968 by James Earl Ray.
“A lot of people are waiting for this for a long time – years – decades,” President Trump told media as he signed the order. “And everything will be revealed,” he added. But will it?
There are many, many unanswered questions, for instance, around the JFK assassination. Who exactly was the man who looked remarkably like a young George Herbert Walker Bush lurking in the background around the Texas Schoolbook Depositary?
And what were the Israeli delegation in Dallas doing, before they left in a great hurry? And was the Jewish spy Reuben Efron screening Oswald’s mail for the CIA only, or was the Mossad in on it as well?
