REGARDLESS of the circumstances, any mother or father with a heart would grieve over the death of their 20-year-old son, even it if was the result of some criminal action. But the crime cannot be ignored as simply irrelevant to the tragedy.
The official and tragic story in the case of Tyrone Smith, is that at 10.15am on November 29th he broke into a Kalgoorlie-Boulder home armed with a machete and wearing a balaclava. A man with his wife and child were at the home at the time and the man confronted Smith.
A fight ensued and Smith came out second best. After police were called Smith was flown to Royal Perth Hospital with some serious injuries and later died. The man of the house was also seriously injured and taken to the local hospital.
The incident was on a Friday but wasn’t reported until the following Wednesday. Nothing has been said as to whether Smith knew the occupants of the house.
Smith had been released from prison in November and his mother Kathleen O’Loughlin told media he been in and out of detention since he was 12.
In Western Australia, home occupants can “use any force or do anything else that the occupant believes, on reasonable grounds, to be necessary .. to prevent a home invader from wrongfully entering the dwelling” although using force beyond what is confronted can go against the defender.
This week Smith’s parents and others in the local community appeared in public at a press conference in Perth, wearing t-shirts emblazoned with coloured photos of Tyrone and the words “Tragically taken – forever young”. They spoke to the WA Police Commissioner and demanded that authorities “get to the bottom of what happened”.
This in turn prompted WA Premier Roger Cook to come out with a public statement urging people in the town to “not raise anxiety in the community” and to “let the police do their job”.
The reaction of the local Aboriginal community in coming out in organised support of the home invader provoked understandably angry and sometimes ugly online reaction. But it looked very much like provocative politicisation of a tragedy that was the result of a violent criminal action.
No-one would have begrudged the parents grieving in the situation with the support of their community, but to turn a death resulting from an apparently overt criminal action into some sort of political cause is misguided, and it looks suspiciously like the tragedy was hijacked by activists connected with local Aboriginal land councils.
Cairns News would suggest that those activist zealots would be better advised doing a little self-analysis instead of finger pointing and ask themselves why a young man fresh out of jail was not better supervised and counseled by his local community away from returning to crime.
The fact that a young man just weeks out of jail would suddenly revert to such a violent crime raises questions about his mental health and if, or if not it was being treated and/or supervised. No charges have been made in connection with the matter and a report is being prepared for the coroner.
On the face of it, Tyrone Smith broke into a house and confronted the family therein with a deadly weapon. He attacked the occupants, and in the course of this attack so was killed by the father, who was protecting protecting his wife and child. The facts are plain. It’s not political, and anyone claiming it is seemingly engaged in perfidy.

This is a very interesting story for me…not many of us ever have our home invaded, this dad had to confront a bloke with a machete…I had to to try stop a bloke smashing his way into my house with a sledgehammer!
Is there anything worse than standing there, having to defend yourself, your life no less, in your own friggen home, wondering if you are going to end up in friggen gaol FOR DEFENDING YOURSELF?
I will never forget that! I had to decide what I could and couldn’t do when I was in serious danger! Anyone, who attacks your home armed? Should accept their life is FORFEIT! The coppers should use their discretion far better…protect the innocents, not the perpetrator.

In the US, in the western states I would have just shot the filthy animal and had a hamburger while the pigs & paramedics arrived. Whereas in the cucksville town of Cairns, QLD, you can’t even legally keep a broomstick behind the door if it’s for self defense.
I had to wait for 1 hour & 20 for the Smithfield pigs to arrive while I had a dirty shirtless abоlooking male whom I had trapped on my balcony, after he had climbed onto it in order to make his second attack on me. Of course, by the time the dumb-dumbs in blue arrived he had jumped two floors to the ground to escape.

It’s a looming crisis for all Australians, black, white, yellow, brown, pink or purple. And it will almost certainly have dire consequences in the end unless it’s stopped in its tracks.

Has anyone considered that the young man may have had neurological damage?Frontotemporal dementia is a dementia that can strike young & it damages the frontal &/or the temporal lobes in the brain & depending on where the damage is it can as an example with the behavioral type, turn someone who’s always been law-abiding into a criminal. Apparently only ~ 20% of cases, get accurately diagnosed. You probably got to see the change, to believe it & the change can be enormous & is a real tragedy, especially when it hits someone in the prime of their life & they got a family to care for. Any death is a tragedy. Manslaughter can happen when someone is scared for their life & their loved ones. Something that no-one in their right mind would do.
It seems too much is being made of going into a home when the real issue is the guy was prepared for going into battle. If private citizens want to go into battle they are presumably well aware of the potential consequences and have to take them as they come.

My thinking is that if the Force and our illustrious Electeds won’t stand by them, our police should never be sent into areas where racial hatred could erupt even though they are only doing their job. Only police of that race should go in.
While it is always sad to hear of the death of a young man, the repercussions for the family being invaded, will be huge. They will probably be stigmatised, their house stoned or worse, and will most likely need to move.

Our great Constitution does not forbid self defence, and Royal Assent Law, the highest in the land embraces it.
Trespassing/entering a property that is not yours is not permitted without definite permission from the owners, and the owners can use ANY FORCE AT HAND or necessary to remove invaders dead or alive.
False Government Corporations cannot overule these basic laws and rights that can only be removed by Federal referendum.

I think we could have confidently predicted that the turn out of support for convicted criminal,Tyron Smith would not end well with the wider community.
The facts upon which everyone agrees are that Tyron Smith aged 20 (this is the prime age for military combat) armed with a machete was attempting to break into a family home in Boulder, Kalgoorlie WA. And the father of the home, protecting his wife and child, confronted the Tyron Smith. A fight resulted from the father’s refusal to let the armed man break into his house. And even though the Tyron had all the advantages : surprise, machete, prime of life etc he got the worst of it and was killed in the fight. That is pretty much explains the entire situation.
But no. The family and community of Tyron Smith, backed by the Aboriginal Grievance Industry are demanding answers. By all means let the police do their job. When seconds count, they are always just minutes away. And they don’t always come to callouts for break and enter – especially if the armed and convicted felon has a Black Entitlement to Crime pass. And charges of racism, White colonial oppression etc could be laid against them by a Grievance Industry that is powerful, lawyered up, cashed up (40 billion / annum from the Australian tax base alone).
So now the husband and father who was protecting his family will be the subject of a police investigation for the Marxist State of WA.
