My interpretation
We failed miserably at making the World a healthy place with our death jab
We failed miserably at saving the planet from itself and humanity from climate change
So we will dehydrate the children to make them understand the gravity of not accepting our righteous sacrifice to save them from the grip of freedom and water and if that doesn’t work then the air they breath and if they’re still breathing the cat or grave.
Because it’s in our (++Weffer’s) godlike supreme self interest to deny little Johnny a drink of water at half time to make him feel the pain, as there is no gain for us in feeling pain like little Johnny.
