The final report from the Legal and Constitutional Affairs Committee regarding the Terms of Reference for a Royal Commission into the federal government’s handling of COVID-19 has been released, Senator Malcolm Roberts said Friday.
This inquiry was initiated after the Senate passed my motion to establish it, which comes after extensive efforts by One Nation to uncover the truth about Australia’s COVID response.
The good news is that the committee recommends the federal government establish a Royal Commission to thoroughly examine Australia’s response to the pandemic and its impacts on the community. The report includes comprehensive terms of reference, covering all aspects that Australians are keen to see addressed, including the vaccines.
I appreciate the committee’s diligent work and welcome this report. I will address this matter further in Parliament next week.

I am absolutely confident that, being a ROYAL Commission, it will proceed with the full force of the Constitution and our wonderful Judiciary. As with the absolutely marvelous Royal Commission of Inquiry into Aboriginal Deaths in Custody, it will probe relentlessly into every facet of vaccinations per se, mRNA, polyethylene glycol, graphene hydroxide, spike proteins, and Remdesivir; and also in only eight years, the facts will become fully known and acknowledged.
As with the Deaths in Custody model, the media will report the diametric opposite, as they do; and as the last living Australian I will venture from my cave to watch the ABC celebrate how it has all been proven “Safe and Effective”.
“Whew” I will say, gratified; “Well I never.”
So if Senator Roberts and the other clowns are fair dinkum then they would put into the terms of reference that the States provide evidence via an instrument or document clearly outlining the head of power that the States relied upon to justify the health directions that each Chief Health Officer used to impose the mandates and lockdowns and they must show that those directions are consistent with the Health regulations and Statutes in each of the prospective States. Recommendation 3.102 be changed to subpoena the Attorney General of each State to provide evidence to satisfy the terms of reference. The other path for these clowns, in order to give themselves some sort of credibility, would be to fire upo section 49 Constitution and set up a High Court of Parliament, I know here I go again dreaming on a blog.
A Royal Commission wont do it, Nuremburg 2.0 cleans out the lot for their life imprisonment, the peoples constitution gets returned and we start again. Political Parties do not exist in our Constitution. so they do not have any lawful Authority to sit in our legislatures.
Getting a Royal Commission for anything that government has allowed to fester should be as easy as breakfast.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but Royal Commissions cost the taxpayer shitloads of money and take years to grind out any sort of report. Has anyone EVER seen any tangible constructive result from a Royal Commission? I’m drawing a blank.
Meanwhile, one might have expected the appropriate response to the most blatant and widespread genocide in recorded Human history, a pre-planned campaign of international democide no less, the most monumental Crime against Humanity in the history of the world, would be an international criminal investigation followed by the arrest, prosecution and execution of every last one of the SEVERAL MILLION active and complicit participants and enablers and profiteers in this historically epic act of premeditated mass murder.
At the very least, there should be TENS OF THOUSANDS of sold-out mass murderers swinging from lamp posts just here in Australia alone.
