Global warming or cooling relates to heat input from the sun, go out of your house and you will notice the biggest variable in temperature is caused by the sun and a distant second is the clouds.
CO2 is not even a variable, because it exists at virtually negligible levels ( 0.04% ) and it is continuously recycled in and out of the biological cycles. CO2 is effectively a constant not a variable and because the case for CO2 is so weak they are now saying methane is worse, this is because the agenda is to shut down farms and get us into 15-minute cities. There already exists farm machinery that does nearly all the work on farms, employees and robots can fill in the gaps, this CO2 and methane bullshit agenda is for 15-minute city gulags and lockdowns in hi-rise apartments like they had in China and Melbourne with all the cops hanging around outside making sure the apartment dwellers stayed inside and couldn’t come out for any reason, basically false imprisonment, then look what happens, hello Gaza.

Being so-called “circumpolar”, it’s ALWAYS above the horizon for anyone south of 35 degrees South latitude. Because that’s the direction Earth’s axis happens to be pointing. So the Southern Cross is ALWAYS visible somewhere in the night sky whenever the Sun goes down in the South below 35 degrees South latitutde.

Doesn’t matter which side of the Sun you’re on. Kind of like the North Star is always visible up North any time the Sun goes down, except the Southern Cross isn’t so close to the Earth’s axis as Polaris.

If you think that’s impossible, you’re not thinking hard enough.

BUT I’d suspect that the Southern Cross’ seasonal movements in the night sky might throw a spanner in the Flat Earth model, unless we allow VERY contrived movements in the Flat Earth sky which happen to map PERFECTLY to the Globe model.

Meanwhile, IMO here’s something that IS impossible – how do we get 14 hours of Sunlight in the Southern Summer – Sunrise to Sunset – with a Flat Earth? And this when the Northern Hemisphere either has shortened days or is in complete darkness.

Sure, there ARE some anomalies that challenge the idea that we’re on a Globe and that the Earth is far FLATTER than conventional wisdom allows. However, IMO the Southern Cross isn’t one of those anomalies, nor do the arguments against interstellar motion stack up. Inertia is funny like that – it doesn’t really care.

I’ve yet to see any satisfactory explanation to reconcile all the evidence. So IMO it’s best to acknowledge AND WORK WITH what is known, while keeping an open mind in the hope of eventually finding the REAL story.
