The stupidity of Queensland Labor and their imbecilic wildlife officers who want to remove a 3.5 m crocodile which killed a 16 year old Sabai Island youth this week continues to worsen.

Sabai Island is the second largest Island in the Torres Strait at 25,000 acres and just a stone’s throw from PNG.

Many dozens of man-eating crocs
inhabit the the waterways
surrounding Sabai Island

The area is teeming with crocodiles which travel to and from PNG’s Fly River and inhabit the maze of all island waterfronts, creeks and estuaries.

Two teenagers were in their tinny before daylight when it broke down and started to take on water, so the boys jumped ship and swam to shore. The 13 year old made it but the croc grabbed the 16 year old in waist deep water just metres from safety.

His body has since been recovered in nearby mangroves. If there were any rifles on Saibai numerous crocs would already have been dealt with but brainless wildlife officers want to catch the offending croc and spend a fortune to remove it. To where?  A New Guinea village for breakfast?

Sabai Islanders

The wildlife warriors would have no idea which of the many dozens of crocs took the boy but locals would have some idea.

Labor does not give a hoot about Torres Strait Islanders or does the elusive, phantom Labor member Cynthia Lui from Yam Island who spends most of her time living it up in Cairns while her ‘constituents’ live in third world conditions where a loaf of bread costs $8.

Lui has been lost at sea since her ventriloquist former Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk disappeared.

Katters Australian Party prepared legislation five years ago which would manage Queensland’s excessive crocodile population and largely remove their threat to humans but LibLab voted it down.

When it comes to crocodile control the Liberal National Party is worse than Labor, and that is a mouthful.

  1. Try throwing wildlife officer or two into the water there and see how fast policy changes.

  2. Yeah we have been waiting for rising sea levels for decades but the sea hasn’t risen at Saibai Island, a stable geological formation, but smaller mud and sand cays have been sinking recently. Ed

  3. Did anyone see that footage [before it got smudged] from last summer, where that Russian geezer got taken by a Tiger Shark in Egypt?

    Nasty.

That’s why I keep out of their turf. Better to be a spectator than a participant.

  4. Commenter YYY
Sea levels rise in some places and fall in others because of geology, glaciers have a multi-year lag from the last solar cycle, land at Yellowstone goes up and down by 20 metres. The only constant in this world is the bullshit from governments, which steadily increases, as they fake their statistics and take their kickbacks.
Crocodiles natural predator would have been the humans but crocs have been deified by recent governments in line with ancient religions who had crocodile gods from Siam to Egypt. Crocs and sharks are there to be eaten but nothing should be done industrial scale, that’s where the problem is, and that’s where the Globalists creep in and take over.

  5. When I lived up that way I was astonished how many little tinnies set off for other islands with none of the onboard requirements that you and I have to take – lifejackets, EPIRBs, oars, anchor, radio etc. Engines were mostly never maintained and quantity of fuel not considered. Breakdowns for mechanical or fuel problems were common and local plod did the rescues. I’m surprised there weren’t more incidents like this.
When you look at the pic you see their vulnerability to rising sea levels, any day now…

  6. They “relocate” crocodiles but SHOOT brumbies?

Hmmmm… reckon there’s a reptilian connection somewhere in there.

It should be checked and purged from the Australian continent before it’s too late for us.

  7. How will they know which croc? Everything is food to them. Bear in mind that the water is their world, not ours, same with sharks.. if we trespass into their world this it is the risk each person takes.

In this case the boys were close to shore and their boat was leaking.. but why were they out there in a leaky boat if they know the water is teeming with crocs?

Is there a ban on TS islanders hunting crocs for food – if so, no wonder there is now an over population of them.

Crocs are not the problem – we are.

  8. It’s all part of the LibLab Globalist agendas to destroy any productive industry and replace it with shiny bum paper shufflers, safety officers, regulation manufacturers and every type of enforcement unit.
Crocodile leather and burgers are legit industries and would do no harm to these creatures which like chickens lay lots of eggs. But people will go ahead and vote Globalist LibLab anyway, I guess they went to be forcibly injected and die from blood clots or why else would they do it.

  9. Here in Florida we have a remedy for that. Tace et fac (be quiet and act).

  10. The Croc must have been sick. Do nt hear too many chomping on the non whities.

  11. The only good croc, shark, snake, flying fox or any vermin is a dead one. All of the pagan religion nature worshipping laws passed since 1960 should be rolled back. Anyone should be able to shoot one whenever they like. I’m glad there’s a hell where these pagan worshippers will spend eternity. Watch the CN environment worshippers come out of the woodwork saying hey, leave these poor things be; everyone keep away from them.

  12. Uschi said – “… when far away hidden in the Snowies National Park they shoot and maim hundreds and hundreds of Brumbies that do no harm to people…”

… and just in case we’ve already forgotten, they’re now clubbing Koalas and Wombats to death to make way for the monstrous Wind Farms dictated by the Satanic psychopaths at the World Economic Forum.

And it’s all official fake corporate “government” POLICY, folks.

They do it because they CAN.

They do it because we LET them do it.

  13. North Australia from Cairns to Broome should be renamed Crocodilia in recognition of its true owners.

  14. I am sure the TI s killed crocs before the Labor government. They should be allowed to hunt them again.

  15. Here we have 1 man eater crock having eaten a kid. The reptile now needs relocation so it can maybe sample some more human flesh in its new environment. Nothing wrong with crocks, BUT why on earth do they make so much fuss about a crocodile that poses a risk to the people up north when shooting it seems safer and less risky to the relocation team, when far away hidden in the Snowies National Park they shoot and maim hundreds and hundreds of Brumbies that do no harm to people, are almost native, keep the vegetation trimmed to avoid bush fires, but no, those many beautiful horses will be slaughtered as satanic sacrifice by the political minions to their evil forces.

  16. The preservation of the man-eater crocodiles could be taken as a paradigm of our duel Australian party system – Plus ça change, plus c’est la même chose.
