An application to the Federal Court by Dr Julian Fidge alleging Pfizer’s Covid 19 vaccines contain genetically modified organisms and therefore should be licenced under the Gene Technology Act has been dismissed today by Judge Helen Rofe (left).

Was Judge Rofe aware the Queensland Supreme Court ruled this week that Covid mandates are unlawful?

Having been a patent Attorney before becoming a Judge, Helen Rofe could easily have discovered the long list of registered patents taken out by Pfizer for its Covid vaccine well before the vaccine was introduced on the world market and long before the word Covid was ever uttered on the world stage.
Had the Judge been diligent she would have discovered the many speeches and papers delivered by former Pfizer chief scientist Professor Michael Yeadon warning the world that Pfizer’s Covid gene-altering vaccine was deadly to humans and was designed to have long-acting, cumulative and detrimental effects on human anatomy.
The good Judge would have found that Pfizer’s vaccine had been causing myocarditis and blood clots in a real epidemic never before experienced in modern medicine had she researched prestigious medical journals such as Lancet or had a cursory glance at the VAERS adverse reaction site she could not avoid reaching the conclusion that something was amiss with these vaccines .

I’m guessing Justice Rofe’s mother is a Grimwade but haven’t confirmed as yet. Her name is Joan and there is a Joan Elizabeth Grimwade born 1934 which possibly fits but I not sure.
This judge is well and truly connected and clearly should not be in the position she is. I wonder if Dr Fidge the plaintiff is aware of this information. Surely worthy info on appeal. And surely she has a massive conflict of interest.

What dumbo allowed a Judge to have any jurisdiction whatsoever? Australia is our country and We the People decide the Administration of Justice. We the People are our Common Law Juries deciding what is right and what is wrong. No court can proceed summarily without Consent. Who gave consent to that Federal Court Judge? Challenge the Jurisdiction of the Court and have a Special Jury set her Judgement aside and go back to court for the lawful judgement of a Jury.

With Pfizer being 0.84% effective against Covid, it hardly seems likely that the vaccines were for Covid, in the first place.
It seems to me that those who volunteered to have the vaccines, already have the Graphene Oxide particles in their bodies and they cannot be removed, they are in there for life, doing whatever their purpose, ultimately will be – so whatever ruling is made for or against the vaccines, won’t help those who agreed to be vaccinated, at all.
Perhaps the best solution, was not to get vaccinated in the first place – I have refused to be vaccinated and hopefully there will be plenty more like me, who have refused too.
For the vaccinated, time will tell and I hope nothing changes and life goes on just the same as it always has, but in that scenario, why were the vaccines bought and delivered by the US DOD, DARPA and the Governments around the world who were complicit and what is their “actual end game” which is as secret as the vaccines and their content has been so far?
