There has been no referendum in Australia to allow the incorporation of Australia. The so called constitution that accompanies this illegal entity should also be trashed and thrown into the rubbish bin.

Section 44 of the constitution is:-
Disqualification
44. Any person who
(i.) Is under any acknowledgement of allegiance, obedience, or adherence to a foreign
power, or is a subject or a citizen or entitled to the rights & privileges of a subject or
citizen of a foreign power:
( allegiance = support )

Note it uses the words “Any person” that means not only MP but all people.
So if your local council fines you for not paying your water charges and the Magistrate orders you to pay the council the water charge then the Magistrate and the council worker are all in trouble, that is Disqualification.

section 120 it states “detention in its prisons of persons accused or convicted of offences against the laws of the Commonwealth”

I fail to see why the leaders of Liberal, Labor the Greens are not in prison see S.120 above.
