Please sign before January 19. 23,589 have signed the petition to tell the Senate Standing Committee on Economics to reject the Digital ID Bill 2023. Let’s get to 50,000!

George Christensen started this Petition – Reject the Invasive Digital ID Bill 2023

Dear Members of the Senate Standing Committee on Economics,

The Australian Digital ID Bill 2023 and the associated Digital ID (Transitional and Consequential Provisions) Bill 2023 edge us towards an invasive surveillance state.

These bills mandate digital IDs, forcing citizens into a system that undermines privacy. They set up a framework that could compel the use of digital IDs for state government and private services, and also online services where offline access exists, even when it’s less convenient.

Centralising digital IDs significantly increases the risk of data breaches and personal information misuse. Incorporating biometric data like facial recognition directly threatens privacy and increases the risk of identity theft. This digital ID system could also lay the groundwork for an oppressive surveillance system, potentially leading to a social credit regime that links service access to ‘acceptable’ behaviour.

Every day there is a media story about a company or government department which has been hacked.

The bills enable government sharing of private data with third parties, such as banks and corporations, and offer no opt-out, effectively creating a digital prison. There is also a lack of system transparency and accountability in the bills.

These bills are not a product of democratic deliberation — no average Australian ever asked for a digital identity! — but instead, this has been an agenda imposed by globalist elite institutions like the UN and WEF. That is a clear subversion of democratic processes and a stark reminder of the growing influence of globalist agendas over national sovereignty.

As such, we demand the Senate to reject the Digital ID Bill 2023 and the associated Digital ID (Transitional and Consequential Provisions) Bill 2023.

Do not allow this overreach into our lives; we ask every Senator to take a stand for the privacy and freedom of all Australians.

  1. Pat from Vic: “If you don’t HOLD it, you don’t OWN it.”

As far as I am told each state has legislated that a certificate of title isn’t worth the paper it’s written on these days. The only record of land ownership they recognize is the one THEY hold.

Easy enuff for people to check for themselves.

  2. daviddd2 said – “Not to mention our most valued asset such as at the Land Titles office.”

… which is why anyone who cares should be making every effort to get hold of the ORIGINAL certificate of title for their properties.

If you don’t HOLD it, you don’t OWN it.

And just BTW, folks, you better take the trouble to check with the titles office if there’s still a MORTGAGE on your property, even though you might have paid off any and all loans years or even DECADES ago.

You might be surprised to find that the solicitors DID NOT secure the requisite DISCHARGE OF MORTGAGE on your property, even though you don’t owe ANYTHING to ANYONE.

If so, then don’t be surprised when, in some upcoming “financial crisis”, some pack of hucksters comes out of left field to SIEZE YOUR PROPERTY – all entirely “legal”, and there’s not a damn thing you can do about it.

You cannot say that you weren’t warned.

  3. Hello ansom

If you don’t feel comfortable making a My Parliament login, or handing the senate committee your e-mail address by e-mailing a submission, you could fax a submission from a library.

    A lead page.

  4. One could of course extrapolate that when we’re eventually dragged into a war with the “communists” over “free and democratic Taiwan”, or with the “communist” Russians, a single EMP attack will wipe our identities out of existence. Not to mention our most valued asset such as at the Land Titles office.

Good luck restoring your proof of anything at that point, let alone purchasing any essentials such as food in a wiped out, cashless, digital world.

Yes sirree, Bob, we’ll own nothing all right. I’m already jumping for joy and I’m so excited about the prospect of being a “virtual” reality I’m deep freezing any cockroach that catches my eye.

  5. Help me out with this, folks… 🙂

Why would any person so fervently object to being marked, tagged, inventoried, catalogued, traced, observed and monitored 24/7?

Surely our owners and masters have a right to deal with us as they wish.

  6. Lendesy is correct.

Maurice Strong was a protege of the Rothschilds and was the architect of the IPCC. It is a shame he died. Some of us were kinda hoping to catch up to him.

  7. cataclysmic duck: Yes, f*ve/e*es involved. Thanks for the link… and, “The authors advocated for police, military, and intelligence involvement in censorship, across F*ve E*es na*ons, and even suggested that Interpol should be involved.” “EIP (Election Intregity Partnership) and and its successor, the Virality Project (VP), ostensibly, ended, but CTIL is apparently still actve, based on the LinkedIn pages of its members.” “The AMITT framework calls for discreditng individuals as a necessary prerequisite of demanding censorship against them. It calls for training influencers to spread messages. And it calls for trying to get banks to cut off financial services to individuals who organize rallies or events.”

paypal must be on the watch. paypal also subjects individuals to a review of “questions for politically exposed people” on its website before allowance to make transactions.

Latest information regarding the bill for New ACMA powers to combat misinformation and disinformation, the Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development, Communications and the Arts said it had received approximately 20,000 comments. On its webpage, the department has provided representative feedback on several key themes including freedom of expression, censorship, definitions, content exclusions and penalties.

  8. Hello Alison

This is the document you cited.

    https://www.congress.gov/118/meeting/house/116615/documents/HHRG-118-FD00-20231130-SD001.pdf

Commenter Noakes mentioning the CISA project on CN’s “You would have to be Nutts to believe this…” article caught my attention, as I had recently read the linked document.

But Noakes’ CISA was referring to the CDC construct Clinical Immunization Safety Assessment project, not the US Gov’s foreign influence operations and disinformation unit, the Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency mentioned in the document.

CN – ‘Nutt said the AFP, alongside its domestic and international partners, were focused on “groups that may seek to breach legislation and move towards violence in support of any ideation”….’

Nutts may have been referring to four or five IP’s.

The document refers to five 👀

Interestingly CISA and the Biden Administration were sued in US’s Federal Court.

    Remove the space
    https ://judiciary.house.gov/media/press-releases/new-report-reveals-cisa-tried-cover-censorship-practices.

There is an interesting story to be written from the Nutter article, connecting satanism, the UN, climate change, high level social influencers and shadowy characters mentioned in the document

    Maybe for another day.

  9. We had a referendum in Australia about a ‘citizen card’ with a photo ID and it was rejected by the public…. so then they introduced photos on the state driving licences.
Our Federal government needed a referendum on the ‘Voice’. Surely digital IDs will not be legal under our constitution.

  10. Documents received by investigative journalists Michael Shellenberger, Alex Gutentag and Matt Taibbi from an anonymous but “highly credible” whistleblower reveals new details on how the U.S. censorship-industrial complex — a network of more than 100 government agencies, private firms, academia and nonprofits — seeks to police and criminalize “wrong-think”.

The documents describe how the modern digital censorship programs were created, and the various roles of the military, U.S. intelligence agencies, civil society organizations and commercial media.

They also describe the methods and techniques used, such as the creation and use of sock puppet accounts to spy on and steer online discussions and propagate desired narratives, and the discrediting of dissenters “as a necessary prerequisite of demanding censorship against them”.

The documents show that the weaponization of the financial sector originated with the Cyber Threat Intelligence League (CTIL), which expressly sought to get banks to “cut off financial services to individuals who organize rallies or events”.

The CTIL files also show there was a clear intent to circumvent the First Amendment by outsourcing censorship to the private and nongovernmental sector.
According to the whistleblower, “The ethos was that if we get away with it, it’s legal”. (Credit: Dr Mercola, Jan 12, 2024)

  11. Well what took these Gooks so long? The Communist nations have already built collectivisation. It is the Western nations with residual post Christian notions of freedom, human and civil rights, rule of law, accountability to the consent of the governed – and the prosperity flowing from these principles which must be destroyed as Maurice Strong has stated when he founded the Earth Charter for the UN.

Senator ROBERTS (Queensland) (16:52): As a servant to the people of Queensland and Australia I don’t know whether to laugh or cry. Has anyone heard the name Maurice Strong? He’s the founder of these useful idiots’ campaign. Maurice Strong was the first chairman of the Chicago Climate Exchange, which aimed to corner carbon trading. He is also the grandfather of the climate change claims. Maurice Strong had two self-admitted aims: to destroy western civilisation, to deindustrialise western civilisation; and to put in place an unelected socialist global governance. That’s what these useful idiots are doing. Maurice Strong enabled the groundwork to be built in the 1992 Rio de Janeiro conference that he orchestrated. He built a groundswell there, and that led eventually to Paris. Maurice Strong died in exile in China, wanted by US police for his crimes, and he’s also connected with the UN Oil-for-Food Program. That is what Maurice Strong’s useful idiots are following.

Having already built collectivisation, Moscow has forged ahead with the Bio-Metric paradise.

Uncle Vova doesn’t put up with opinionated minions ranting on social media with their stupid objections to the Communist State and the regulatory pro-formas and political correctness required of standard issue minions.

Non-compliant minions are simply zotted from the tower – economically, socially or biologically.

Of course there is only one central data base for the Certificate of Vaxx ID (CoVID), financial accounts and all transactions, health record / genome etc. Like in China they can match you up with your organ recepient/s in seconds.
