A MOTHER who told Perth Children’s Hospital she needed a second opinion and confirmation of her six-year-old son Jack’s suspected leukaemia had the child taken away from her and put in foster care after he was given chemotherapy.
Several other familes who had children admitted had also lost custody for up to three years, the grandmother of the child told Michael Gray Griffith of Cafe Locked Out. The hospital refused to release the son back to his mother and called the Department of Communities, who put him into foster care an hour away from his family.
The grandmother’s family appear to have been singled out simply because they exercised their right to informed consent to medical treatment on behalf of their child, and asked “too many” questions. The family managed to get their child returned in August after legal action against the hospital and Department of Communities. The child was taken for nearly seven months.
The mother, Kiannah Probert, took Jack to her doctor late in January after blood appeared in his faeces and was initially told a blood tested showed positive for anemia or iron deficiency. She was told to take Jack to the children’s hospital for further tests which were done and indicated possible acute lymphoblastic leukaemia.
Ms Probert, accompanied by her mother Shelley, signed admission papers and went up to the ward where her son was put on a hydration drip. Kiannah was later asked if they could put her son on allopurinol, a pre-cancer treatment.
She said she wanted to wait until the next day to speak to oncology doctors about further tests and what treatments were available. She asked that the treatment be held off until the condition was confirmed with a blood marrow test.
When she met with a female oncologist doctor she was asked to go to another room to discuss treatments. The doctor said a bone marrow biopsy would be needed to confirm the condition and that standard treatment would give him a 90 to 95% survival rate.
Kiannah then said she would like a second opinion and would like to take her son home for a day or two before any treatment was discussed. That was then the doctor came back with a statement that shocked both of them. The doctor said she would have to “red flag” Kiannah with the Department of Communities child protection branch.
“I just broke down in tears,” Kiannah said. Shelley said she was in total shock but managed to remain calm. She went back to see Kiannah and began to record all the conversations. She called for a new doctor and a social worker as an advocate, and said she and her daughter would like to the department themselves.
Unknown to them at the time, the hospital staff had already contacted the department for the “red flagging” process. Shelley said they knew what their rights were and that they could have taken the child home. A social worker came three hours later and arranged another meeting with the same oncologist.
According to Kiannah, the oncologist said they would start her son on chemotherapy even before the bone marrow biopsy. In other words, the hospital had decided on a course of treatment and any opposition to that was simply unacceptable and amounted to child abuse.
From that stage on Kiannah was only allowed two hours supervised visits to her son a day for the five weeks of treatment. Shelley was banned from seeing her grandson as was Jack’s three-year-old brother.
Shelley said the hospital tried everything to “blockade” her daughter, who had never had any previous dealings with the DCP, but they used a criminal conviction and mental health treatment in her case to block her. Private security staff were given photos of her, Kiannah and her three-year-old, in order to ID them and enforce the bans which went for nearly six months.
Jack, who has recently turned seven, was taken to foster carers an hour’s drive away from the Proberts. Kiannah was allowed only an hour and a half visit by herself, without Jack’s three-year-old brother. Shelley was still banned. Kiannah said Jack was told that he wasn’t allowed to tell her anything. She wanted to know if he was being treated okay.
Shelley and her daughter had also accused the hospital of leaving the boy in unhygienic conditions and of physical ill-treatment but this resulted in threats of further visiting bans by the hospital and department, who ignored photos taken by Kiannah as evidence. A fundraiser for the parents is available online.
In March the District Court in Perth was told a former PCH nurse produced dozens of child exploitation videos featuring children as young as four and filmed students on their way to school for sexual gratification. Four reports also recently emerged of alleged serious sexual safety incidents involving young mental health patients at the hospital.

That mother had every right to demand a second opinion and wait for a conclusive test at least. What they did was illegal, malpractice and morally wrong. I hate to think of what that little boy is going through and the mother also.
Many doctors have spoken out against chemo.. people that have cancer and are treated with it, do not die of cancer, they die from the treatment. It is poison.
It is not the health industry.. it is the sickness industry, all to make profits. After all, there is no money in healthy people is there.
As Pat says, there are cures for practically everything but they are being withheld. Anyone who speaks out is vilified and especially if they talk about natural cures. When Rothschild took over the medical industry, he stopped any reference to natural medicine and medical colleges became funded by Big Pharma.
Most prescription drugs cause disease (statins are a biggie) and as soon as they vaccinate somewhere, everyone become sick in those areas. This is fact.
And we can see on a daily basis that the so called health system is badly broken… people dying while ramped up in ambulances for hours or ambulances not even turning up, poisoned saline, fungus infections, DNA stuff ups… and thousands of unread films lying around at the Gold Coast.

100% right. And Yes plenty of other treatments available and …. that work, and are NOT permitted. On this subject…….an ND told me YEARS ago, that she told her mother not to agree to a particular breast prevention diagnoses… she explained that in OUR democratic country Doctors, GP, Specialists, and any practitioner in their natural heath field is FORBIDDEN to suggest any other treatment for any cancer besides what was recorded above. THEY can loose their license to practice???? I questioned this ND…. but later found this is right… THOSE GP’s millions of Australians have visited, trusted to roll up their sleeves to be injected with an genetic experimental something… that we have been told millions of times is safe>>> those are the same HEALTH care Professionals… that have NO conscientious, and NO ethics.. and have obviously forgotten the wise words from Hippocrates!!!!

Hey folks, this is probably teaching Grandma to suck eggs, but the Cancer Industry is a racket, an exceedingly lucrative industry built on the bodies of the HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS of patients killed each and every year by “treatments” that don’t work.
Unsurprisingly, they’ve BLACK BANNED any cancer therapies that actually work (and there are a LOT of them, folks), because there’s no money to be made from them. And they’ll literally come shoot your dog, steal your house and throw you into prison if you try.
The ONLY treatments “sanctioned” by allopathic medical orthodoxy are chemotherapy, radiation therapy and surgery – all of which cure nothing but only make it worse, BUT keep the money flowing in a deluge, and keep their patients in ever-growing pain and misery, until they finally kill you.
It may not help the patients – in fact it’s guaranteed to kill them – but it makes shitloads of money for them, and that’s the whole point.
Anyone noticed the priority given to CORPORATE interests in all of this? The pattern fits swimmingly with every detail of our entire Corona Chan experience, don’t you think?
Pray for that poor little fellow in the article – he’s in mortal danger as long as he’s in the clutches of the so-called Oncologists and all the other associated death-dealing “medical professionals”.

None of that could have been legal. For a start, chemotherapy never cures. It is a treatment and must be voluntary. It is never legal to apply medical intervention without diagnostic evidence and informed consent.
