The past year has subjected our bodies to many microscopic attacks. So it’s time for another personal reset.
We are at war, so no festivities for me this year. I will have plenty of future holidays to enjoy, unlike many, whom for them, – this will be their last Xmas.
In a couple of days, it’s time to fast and regenerate the body. My annual clear out of accumulated toxins, unwanted dead and dying cells, and cellular excrement. I.e., – virus elimination
At 18-24 hours ketosis kicks in, at 24-48 hours autophagy begins, at 48-54 hours inflammation falls, and from 72 hours – new stem-cells start to form and immune cells are reinvigorated.

And a trial balloon. We will definitely be hearing more about renaming Father’s Day as ‘special person’s day’ in the New Year. This is part of the package to ban gender specific, non-inclusive terms like ‘mum and dad’ in schools. These types of words do great harm to the diverse children in the playgroup or the school. For example, children who come from backgrounds with three Rainbow type persons of non-specific or creative gender, a sperm bank, a baby farm and a pet satyr are going to feel excluded you see.

All those prizes on offer yet the real winners were the ones who got the shot and didn’t get injured or die! Are we getting inured to murder? Because that is what I saw in that video. A whole lot of people who are happy to get their freedom back but don’t want to know the cost!
