BEN DOMENSINO – 45 to 70 mm of rain forecast for Melbourne – but what does that actually mean?

Melbourne’s wettest October day on record produced 61.4 mm of rain in 24 hours.
This Thursday, the Bureau of Meteorology is forecasting a ‘possible rainfall’ range of 45 to 70 mm. So, is Melbourne about to register a new October daily rainfall record?
At first glance, it may seem like Melbourne has a good chance of receiving close to 70 mm of rain on Thursday. After all, the number is right there in the forecast.
However, the ‘possible rainfall’ range shown in the Bureau of Meteorology’s forecast is often misunderstood, and the likelihood of receiving the higher amount in this range is lower than many people think.
The ‘possible rainfall’ range shown in the Bureau of Meteorology’s forecasts is based on probability.
The first amount shown in the forecast, 45 mm in the Melbourne example above, represents a 50 percent chance of at least that much rain falling in one day.
The second number, 70mm in this case, represents a 25 percent chance of at least that amount of rain occurring.
The ‘chance of any rain’ refers to the likelihood of that location receiving a measurable amount of rainfall (at least 0.2 mm) at any time that day (midnight to midnight).
So in reality, when this forecast was made on Tuesday morning, there was a 95 percent chance that it would rain at all on Thursday. However, there was only a 25 percent chance that Melbourne would get 70 mm or more on Thursday, which is a one-in-four chance.
While 70 mm is certainly possible, it is more likely that the city will get closer to or even below 45 mm, given there is only a 50 percent chance of seeing that much rain or more.
If Melbourne does manage to receive more than 61.4 mm of rain on Thursday, it will be the city’s wettest October day in records dating back to 1855, beating the previous record from October 31 in 2010.

The federal election, was very likely rigged. Also, the typical Aussie voter would have done what they have done for decades, they have been p….d off with one of the main parties and to punish them they voted for the other main party.
The Victorian voters will do the same for their elections – the grubs who control us rely on voters being stupid enough to believe that voting for the other main party and their lackeys (Greens, etc) will have any effect on the corrupted political systems. So there will be those who vote for their favorite party, because they always have and their dad or mum always did, and there will be the protest voters – plenty of votes for those rigging the vote to play with and make it look legit.
If the voters made it known that none of them would vote for either of the main parties or their lackeys, and only voted for independents who are chosen by the voters (from their own local communities) that would be a dramatic push back. Sadly the Victorians have way too many sheeple amongst them, maybe next election. Probably will not be a need for a next election, they will have total control over us very soon.
The people will be the ones to save the people. We are not able to suddenly rise up and defeat our police and military and the UN police and military, we do not have enough tools to do that.
Next best option is to form communities and put in place our very own trusted people to represent us, and to let the tyrants who now control us know that we no longer wish to contract with them. Will Victorians do that, unlikely. So more of the same in Victoria – good luck.
The US elections: The majority of voters likely did vote for change, but again there are only two main parties – two wings of the same bird. Anywhere that the two party system exists there is going to be corruption, rigging, etc. The American people did not punish their political system, they continued to punish themselves.
If Australians continue to support either of the two main parties and their lackeys we are doomed, we will certainly get what we deserve for being complicit, for following the tyrants. They would have to be laughing at us for being so bloody stupid, to just let it all happen with only minimal push back.
For nearly three years, we have had a definite need for Australians to start up communities to vote for their very own community reps. We have done very little to do that, so now we suffer the consequences

They can’t sit in Parliament with a clear majority voting against them, that’s the “democratic” avenue, but it can’t work when there’s a 30-40% primary vote for them. That’s when they get to tinker with the numbers. They can swing a few votes here and there but not an overwhelming piss off vote against them. 🙂

But… (hahaHi), yes granted all of those people you’ve mentioned including public servants/gruberment minions, et al were all complicit and/or perpetuated the tyranny – but look at how many thousands didn’t. Remember all the video footages of the staggering numbers of them that amassed repeatedly? It went viral globally – astounding nations everywhere. And to keep doing this when having such brutality and violence inflicted upon them was beyond courageous. As I’ve said, the only peoples’ who have suffered similarly and as immensely are the NZ’ers. (Aka the outer suburbs I’ve always reckoned!). Those thousands of warriors haven’t vanished into the ether. They’re still there. They’re still fighting. Still ready to fight regardless.

Did most Victorians push back against the tyrants and thugs?
Most nurses and doctors did not. Quite the opposite.
Most of the politicians did not. Very much the opposite.
Most of the government departments did not. Quite the opposite.
Most of the lawyers and courts did not.
The (serve and protect the public) police did not. Very much the opposite,
The military did not.
Big business did not. Very much the opposite.
The sheeple, mask Nazis, and the like, did not.
I still maintain that if no Victorians voted for either of the main parties the grubs could not get away with rigging the elections. There has to be a certain amount of people voting for the parties otherwise it stands out like a sore thumb that the elections are a complete farce. Thanks for your comments, i can’t find fault in anything you have said about dangerous Dan and the VP thugs – well said.
There are now likely hundreds of thousands (maybe millions) of good Australians who now have no respect for Victorian police (thugs) or their master dangerous Dan.
I believe that the thugs were bashing, spraying, shooting, and violently harassing innocent protestors for training purposes; the real hurt would likely be planned for after the elections, after Victorians have voted in either of the two main parties.

The many protestors are not stupid, Victorians who got the hell out of Victoria are not stupid. Those who refuse to vote for the corrupt political parties are not stupid.
If no Victorians voted for either of the major parties and their lackeys (Greens, etc) it would be so obvious, the grubs would not be able to carry out the planned vote rigging.
They would have to go to martial law, bring in the UN troops and police and the Australian police and military – anybody’s guess how many of our own protectors will throw in with the grubs. How many already have?

It doesn’t matter who we vote for, they are selected. Not elected. I won’t be ‘voting’. I’ll be having my name crossed off so I don’t get fined. Australia is in serious trouble. We don’t have a high profile Trump to lead the way. Bosi is fighting an uphill battle. Australia One party have limited resources and they constantly make online errors when disseminating information. The media. It’s always the media with mis and dis. A1 is the worst according to mainstream.

The politicians are either creating the problem with the global elites, or they’ve become frazzled like deers in headlights. I will be glad when all govts who were elected by crooked means are brought to justice. I haven’t voted for any of these fools who led us through this plandemic. The wolves are throwing off their sheep clothing. I can’t wait for the EBS to start and wake up the remaining sleepers to the truth.

If Andrews is ‘re-implanted’ – it will have ZILCH to do with falsely claimed ‘voting’ by Victorians ! – but rather EVERYTHING to do with yet another stolen election. Ahh the global pandemic of Election Fraud will roll on.

Both of the main parties in Victoria are two wings of the same bird.
During the (still ongoing) plandemic the opposition (most of them) just let it all happen, they are just as guilty as dangerous Dan and his WEF lackeys.
If the Victorians vote either party back in they will most certainly deserve everything that their corporation government throws at them – they would have learnt nothing.
