Minister approves $400m grant to 6 people without any consultation

Drought effected farmers living on 3 minute noodles watching their livestock die of starvation have been subjected to more Turn-bullshit as the government hand over $400M to 6 people to support the greens academic army totally reliant on government grants to exist.

An engineered world wide Greenie fictional fear mongering campaign that the barrier reef is in need of major repair requiring $millions has worked. On the factual side, never considered as relevant, is decades of experience from people working and looking after the reef have exposed this cashing up scam to feed the green machine.

The pittance Turn-bullshit has allocated to desperate drought affected farmers of $15,000 assistance upon completing a plethora of bureaucratic paperwork, will not be completed available until March 2019 long after farmers are destitute and their livestock are dead. Available now is the $400 million feeding the greens camp phd’s and cohort bludgers from the unaccountable public purse.

How much long is it going to take for voters to wake up and remove the duopoly establishment problem from power before the new owners move in.

About Editor, cairnsnews

One of the few patriots left who understands the system and how it has been totally subverted under every citizen's nose. If we can help to turn it around we will, otherwise our children will have nothing. Our investigations show there is no 'government' of the people for the people of Australia. The removal of the Crown from Australian Parliaments, followed by the incorporation of Parliaments aided by the Australia Act 1987 has left us with corporate government with policies not laws, that apply only to members of political parties and the public service. There is no law, other than the Common Law. This fact will be borne out in the near future as numerous legal challenges in place now, come to a head soon.

  1. This is a flagrant example of how corrupt, and out of touch with reality, Western governments are today.

  2. In a similar (though less significant) act of largess the pm, on a recent selfie visit to Kangaroo Island tossed bundles of cash to the local council. Not to be deterred by the taboo on Commonwealth directly funding unconstitutional bodies, and disregarding any need for accountability he tossed taxpayer money to the wind. One such act of liberality was to provide about $1 million to repair the 523 steps up a sand dune. That has been calculated at a cool $1,912 per step!

  3. i don’t understand what’s it’s going to take for the people in this country to wake up while our so called pm working for goldman sachs gives our money away to his banker buddies wake up prople get up and get involved.

  4. Many years ago, an American respondent, commenting on world affairs, made a statement which just happened to cross my desk, “Australiia is the wild donky standing in the way of ONE WORLD ORDER, and must be crippled”. This was just prior to Gillard.
In the light of that comment, does not all this stuff make absolute sense? However, just try telling the general public that. I had one young lady, all of 24, bright eyed and bushy tailed, stand there and say “I don’t believe you”.
What hope is there for Australia?

That’s Turnbull’s work and the memes following his lead. Pathetic. Is he blind? Can he not see the crisis and hardship, and that this hardship the farmers are experiencing flows on to the whole nation. Oh, but that’s alright, he and his wife and millions to live on without a care in the world. It won’t hurt them to pay extra at the checkout. Greedy, selfish and conniving man, who could care less for this wonderful nation, posing as our leader. And I mean posing because he does nothing else. He is not the solution, he is the problem, throw him out, and let’s have someone in the position who really cares and will put forward the requirements to do the job and strike a cord with action. And it wouldn’t be Shorten either, he’s just as big a weasel as Turnbull. Our Nation is in dire straits with pathetic leadership taking us down a disastrous path.

  6. Given the corporate nature of the GBRF, I’ve got a feeling that the $444 million Turnbull gave to the GBRF relates to this –
One Treaty to rule them all
“………..The ever-expanding Energy Charter Treaty and the power it gives corporations to halt the energy transition
Two decades ago, and without significant public debate, an obscure international agreement entered into force, the Energy Charter Treaty (ECT). It acts like the secret magical “One Ring to rule them all” from the Lord of the Rings trilogy, granting corporations enormous powers over our energy systems including the ability to sue governments, as well as to obstruct the transition from climate-wrecking fossil fuels towards renewable energy. And the ECT is in the process of expansion, threatening to bind yet more countries to corporate-friendly energy policies.
Today the ECT applies to nearly 50 countries stretching from Western Europe through Central Asia to Japan. Among its many provisions, those regarding foreign investments in the energy sector – also known under the infamous acronym ISDS or investor-state dispute settlement – are the ECT’s cornerstone.

  7. Born Lucky: Stars Align Perfectly for PM’s Son with Mammoth Bet on Wind Power Outfit Infigen
“………………….So what was it that attracted Alex Turnbull to Infigen?
Certainly couldn’t have been their balance sheet or cash flow. Running a fleet of clapped-out Suzlon S88s, which are close to the end of their useful economic life, losing $304 million in single year, blaming its ‘performance’ on a lack of beneficial breezes, burdened with a staggering pile of debt and watching its senior management run to the hills would ordinarily spook any sensible investor.
    But not Alex Turnbull.
As outfits like Infigen exist and only exist as a result of government mandates and subsidies, anyone backing them would need to be reading the political tea leaves with a particularly keen eye.
Of course, politics moves fast and the creation and removal of policies that favour rorts like wind power subsidies are very hard to forecast in advance.
On that score, Alex ‘Lucky’ Turnbull must’ve simply read it better than most.
With Infigen’s shares tanking to around $0.20 in 2014 and trading at that level through most of 2015, in the latter part of that year – through his hedge fund, Keshik Capital – Alex began pouring money into an outfit that had been losing it faster than a drunk in a casino.
And, wouldn’t you know it, the political tea leaves aligned, as if by magic.
On 22 April 2016, Alex’s dad, Australia’s PM, Malcolm Turnbull sent his then Environment Minister, young Gregory Hunt off to Paris to sign the climate change agreement. This from daddy’s website:…………………………………….”

  8. Was the corporate sector paid $444 million to get them to lay low for a while giving Turnbull’s son time to amass a fortune from government subsidies?

Harry Palmer- Features in today’s APRadio podcast the China takeover of our now gone manufacturing, expertise in industry and now take our money to purchase the food and goods we once manufactured.. Harry and Mike discuss the Turnbull $444million to the Great Barrie Reef cartel patroned by his wife Lucy with a crooked merchant banker… They cover the ADF now in the pink plus a laugh at the association of Turnbull and Shorten in a pub together…..

  10. I wish someone with some power would recognise the corruption in “Turnbull’s government” and do something about it. If we leave it for too long he will have filled all the important positions with his cronies and then nothing will be able to be done to remove him.

  11. The government’s surprise $444 million grant to a private foundation is allegedly being used to fudge its commitment to UNESCO on Barrier Reef protection. By Mike Seccombe.
