I’m not tech minded but on my old Android phone I could get the nearby devices showing up with the MAC numbers.
Now my new phone it’s very difficult because there are new privacy laws which caused a forced download of upgrades on the phones to comply.
This could have been done because people were scanning other people MAC addresses and working out it was from the shot .
So now for you I think you can use the Wunderfind app for iPhone and you might not see the MAC address of your query but you should see new devices poo up.
So first you make note of what your phone or laptop is picking up. Write them down and look for new ones that pop up.
To check yours or someone else’s body chip you have to simply get the target to be out of range of your scanner app and then come back into range so that you see that there is a new device (them or you) that pops up on the scanner.
That’s the simplest way I can think of to see if there is an active Bluetooth or Wi-fi walking around.
I’m not sure if this works so I’m going to ask a technician friend of mine about all of this.
