It is evident that the more emissions are lowered worldwide, the more catastrophic the climate becomes.

In better times when people had more integrity Bowen would have stepped down from parliament because of the conflict of interests.
But our govt has no integrity anymore and to make things worse the people don’t expect it anymore either.
The fact remains that you can’t hold down a full on position like the foreign COP30 president AND be on the full time payroll as the Minister for Climate Change and Energy in the Australian Parliament.
It’s double dipping.
He’s expected to be a full time Parliamentarian.
But it just goes to show how incompetent the COP30 is if they vote for a failed politician that has got absolutely everything wrong that he’s supposed to be responsible for.
I have never heard a politician explain the science. I presume that they can’t.
