Your addressee commenter ajnz uses as his reference some type of multi-meter gizmo which appears to be misunderstood or malfunctioning. Commonsense suggests it is possible to do just about anything with electricity.
Strangely wind turbines seem to be modelled on aeroplane propellers which spin at much faster speeds than a wind turbine, even a household fan spins faster most of the time, so most of the wind would go straight through the gaps.
Therefore, you would expect the wind turbine to have a dozen or more variable pitch blades.
Installing them offshore is economic madness, but as I have pointed out elsewhere, our governments appear to be literally insane. In my life I have never seen any governmental configuration that more resembles a madhouse, than present day Canberra conjoined with the ABC-TV propaganda arm.

They turn shafts and cogs in gearboxes physically connected to frequency and voltage regulated generators similar to alternating current generators (alternators) driven by the motor in cars, setting the frequency and voltage so as not to burn out the wiring.
In power stations (power plants), the mechanical energy created by the turbine spins the shafts of electrical power generators at a speed to create the desired frequency and voltage stipulated by government bylaws, that is then stepped up to extra high voltage 110 thousand, 220 thousand volts, whatever is needed, by transformers in power station switchyards for transmission along the big wires supported on large towers brianajnz, before being stepped down in major electrical substations for distribution to industries and along streets, further stepped down in voltage by transformers mounted on power poles or concrete slab mounted transformers on public nature strips that are electrically connected by wires to your power points, lights, air conditioning, heaters, cooktops…..
The frequency of the electrical sign wave remains the same in your house to that at the electrical terminals of the generators.

Wind turbines do not produce a 50/60 hertz energy and Trump has been advised of this. He is ceasing the construction of new WTs though not dismantling the existing and going after those involved for massive fraud.

We can’t get the good EVs yet because the lithium is obsolete and sets fire to the container ships so that’s out. A neighbour of mine has a huge scorch mark on the driveway. The government is practicing economic suicide, how many shots to the head will it take to finish this place off. They are now poisoning the hinterlands of Brisbane for fire-ants which locals say can be killed by pouring boiling water on the nest. They are aerial bombing with stuff called Pyriproxyfen and polluting all the creeks and waterways. Imagine if they are bombing further up the coast they will be wiping out the coral something awful. Access to a car will be for the likes of Albo and others in the ‘Nobles’ class, eg, those who swear 2 oathes. A car in a petrol-less 15 minute city is scrap.
I wonder if the reality that ‘You own nothing already, and have since the introduction of Tenant in Common titles’ will be a top-down declaration, or will most citizens become aware beforehand and thereby have had time to come to a rational acceptance rather than give way to an outburst of anger on the day.

All the government wankers with these vehicles pull off the side of the road for 5 seconds in the grass and start fires on a daily up the Cape.
