Manufactured Texas flood?
Geoengineeringwatch.org has been monitoring the cause of massive flash flooding.

Speaker Dustin Burrows and I have created the Select Committees on Disaster Preparedness and Flooding to address the current needs and resources necessary to avoid such devastating impacts along our rivers in the future.
Both chambers’ Select Committees on Disaster Preparedness and Flooding will examine the following items on the governor’s special session call, which begins in less than two weeks:
- Flood Warning Systems
- Flood Emergency Communications
- Relief Funding for Hill Country Floods
- Natural Disaster Preparation & Recovery
The first hearing will take place at the Capitol on July 23, where both committees will meet jointly. The second hearing will take place the following week in Kerrville to give residents an opportunity to have their voices heard. The date of that hearing will be announced soon.
Right now, we must focus on the recovery of those still missing, then rebuilding communities in flooded areas. In the coming year, and into the next regular legislative session, we will gather all the facts and answer the many questions to which the public demands answers. I look forward to working with Speaker Burrows on these critical issues.
Over the years, we’ve witnessed countless tragedies—and every time I’m with those who have suffered great loss, I see it: people stand on their faith. It’s that faith that carries us through, first and foremost. And it’s that same faith that will carry us through this tragic time in Texas.

Dimming the sun is only the disguise he uses to hide his actual agenda: of trying to wipe out all humanity from the planet which he believes he has the right to do, because he thinks he owns the planet, thus can decide who is ‘allowed’ to reside on his planet.
What I find more hard to believe is that hardly anyone can see through that very thin disguise and believe he’s simply delusional and he genuinely believes in his disturbed, psychotic mind that he can ‘dim the sun’ (to ‘save the planet’).
He doesn’t believe for one second that it’s possible to ‘dim the sun’ by discharging tonnes and tonnes of deadly, toxic chemicals into the upper atmosphere.
Yes, he’s dangerously psychopathic but he’s no fool – knows how to slowly but surely eliminate humanity en masse. This being one method he’s deployed that apparently doesn’t seem to alarm the sleepwalking slaves below the chemical laden skies.

When you see all the patents, there can be little doubt. Bill Gates told us 20 years ago he was going to start spraying in the sky to stop the global warming. Currently we are at the “earth is boiling” stage but I see they are still having a normal and excellent ski season in the Australian Alps. If you like the snow why not get in your car and go up there, also the trees will appreciate some extra CO2.
All the spraying seems to be preventing the earth from boiling over and actually frying so perhaps the UN will tell us we need to keep spraying and spray more.
