WELCOME to the Great Reset, Alex Jones’ Infowars platform declared in the wake of the first reports of the devasting wildfires in Los Angeles.
Five major wildfires in 36 hours destroyed tens of thousands of acres, displaced 100,000 people, left five dead and dozens injured.
“The historic fires engulfing LA were 100% preventable,” declared Infowars, suggesting the fire was part of the wider globalist plan to destroy industrial civilization by intentional government/corporate mismanagement.
LA resident and vlogger Lauren Lee noted: “Hi, as someone who was born and lived in LA for my entire life, no, this level of devastation is not normal. This many fires at once, burning at 0% containment, is not normal for our city. No, the fact that there’s suddenly no water available to fight these fires isn’t normal.”
Jones, on his broadcast, produced a copy of a document titled Smart LA 2028, a plan to build a new “Smart city” around the 2028 Olympic Games facilities to be built in The Palisades, the district currently being burned to the ground.
“They won’t get those properties back,” he said, also noting that California criminalizes clearing of brush around homes while Governor Gaven Newsom had blocked additional water supplies from reservoirs. California’s leftist eco-nuts are more inclined to send fresh water into the ocean for alleged ecological reasons.
The LA Times reported that fire hydrants at Pacific Palisades had dried up and the area ran out of water supplies at 3am on Wednesday (LA time).
“Mr Cool” Newsom himself, who Jones described as a raging alcoholic who hands his wife around to Hollywood producers, was seen standing aside from microphones on a platform, talking but barely audible. Newsom evokes images of a modern-day Nero, overseeing the burning of Rome.
The LA Mayor Karen Bass, who had been visiting Ghana, was back in LA but simply refused to talk to media who were questioning her trip away and criticism from Elon Musk. Mayor Bass is, surprise, surprise, a neo-Marxist who, as a former “community activist”, travelled to Cuba more than a dozen times with a group called the Venceremos Brigade.
Bass was the head of the South LA chapter of the Venceremos Brigade and travelled to Cuba with members of the radical Marxist group M19, that bombed the south wing of the US Capitol building 40 years ago.
Jones further noted that insurance companies had confessed to pulling the fire policies of hundreds of thousands of homes in the LA area in the past few months. The Biden administration had also enacted a no fly zone over LA, blocking state and local firefighting aircraft from fighting the blaze, although video of a helicopter dropping water did emerge in an ABC (US) news report today.
The LAFD should have been fully-staffed and on full alert for the annual Santa Ana winds that blow into the LA Basin from the east – especially in a state of drought. As it turned out, they were short of staff and the water system was unable to handle the extra demand.
A fire department official driving around with ABC news reporter David Muir pointed out a row of expensive homes, casually stating “these will all go”. Homes in Pacific Palisades are valued as high at $20-$50 million.
Newsmax host Todd Starnes posted on X noted that the LA Fire Department chief Kristin Crowley earned national acclaim as a pioneer for diversity within the firefighting community.
“Kristin Crowley is the first woman and first LGBT person to lead the LAFD. Those were among the top qualifications Los Angeles wanted in their fire chief. Chief Crowley made diversity, equity and inclusion the fire department’s top priority since 2022. Some might say the results have been beyond catastrophic,” he said.
The spectacle of LA homes burning down under the supervision of an LGBTQ fire chief, says Jones, epitomises the great reset – the destruction of society by people with twisted priorities, such as a fire chief whose main focus is employing women or “gender diverse” people.

Looking at the aerial pics, a lot of houses seem to be burning on the inside first, not on the outside, i.e. from the inside out. Is that normal for bush fires?

I guess we can be thankful that Big Bird and Mr.Snuffaluffagus and all the other characters from Sesame Street are safe in New York on the other side of the country. All that polyester muppet fur and feathers in the midst of the LA fires would be too horrific to contemplate.
But then again, didn’t Snake Plissken have to escape both places?
And TBH, one wonders why so many people are still living in California anyway. Forty million last time I looked. Maybe they don’t have a choice, maybe they really do need to find some way to escape the joint.
I know, I know, maybe Kurt Russell’s next big flick will be “Escape From Melbourne”, the most horrific sequel of all.
Here we go, folks, rinse and repeat. Keep an eye out for burning rivers and flames in the surf because, you know, that’s kind of a “thing” since the Maui disaster.
