Cairns News has ceased publication of the newsletter that was emailed separately to anyone who subscribed to it. This newsletter mailing list is quite separate to the main news mailing list. The main publication is not affected and some of those who subscribed to the newsletter have been transferred to the main database.
Otherwise circulation and readership increases every week. We have maintained 9th position in the top 50 internet news sites in Australia thanks to our many readers and supporters.

I subscribed some time ago, but the first newsletter I received was yesterday advising me that the newsletter will no longer continue 🙁
I subscribed to your newsletter and looked forward to receiving it but it never arrived. Very disappointed that I didn’t get the chance to read it but love your website and it’s content and would be lost without it. Your work is much appreciated.
Checking all my emails, seems I’d only received 4 news letters. Nos. 3, 5, 7 and 11. None in the junk mail either. Still floating around in cyber space.

Personally I don’t care for any more emails so I wouldn’t have noticed a newsletter.
I am always looking at the main website especially since Canberra and the banks wrecked the economy, which is now in the early stages of death by government policy.
